At my Last Appointment The Front Desk was very rude and Unprofessional kept trying to say that my dead name was my name vs my legal name that was changed and court ordered not only did the front desk refer to me by my dead Name but kept assuming my gender and using He/Him Pronouns when I am Non Binary and use They-Them Pronouns.

Don't waste your time here. I call to make an appointment for a tooth ache. They tried to give me a appointment in March. This is fall the worst business I came across. Poor service.

Took my 2.5 year old to Magical Smiles for his first dental visit. He doesn't like doctors and was nervous. Hygienist was amazing with him. Dentist was quick, in and out, which was good. They checked his teeth and palate, the dentist did not worry about not being able to check his bite (my kiddo wouldn't let him, but he wasn't shamed). and hygienist applied fluoride varnish quickly. Room was small. My child was allowed to stay in my lap, which was helpful. Wait time in waiting room was really quick. Wait time in the office room was longer but gave me time to get the new patient paperwork done. We were satisfied.

I would not recommend this dentist. The nurse was so nice but the dentist himself is very mean and talks to kids while in pain like you would talk to a dog being bad. I finally had to tell him sir this is not how you talk to kids. Very disappointed! Definitely not a magic smile!

Thank you all for working with my daughter since she could not bite hard enough to have the dental pictures taken. My kids feel safe going here n that means a lot to this momma.

I had a few good cleaning and cavities filled but I had an appointment at 9am and they changed it to 2pm without my knowledge. I told them I had work at 2 so I know I didn't make the appointment for that time. They said they couldn't get me in then so I had to reschedule but that took the appointment 4 months out. Also when you call and get voicemail no one calls you back you can leave 3 voicemails like I did but no one called me back I even waited 3 days before calling a 4th time before I just gave up

After my wife explained to then she hasn't had anything to eat or drink due to a emergency tooth problem they told her there is nothing they can do and that they don't care. But did tell her she can cone in in 2 months if she can hold out on not eating or drinking anything. This place is a huge joke. Thanks for pretty much telling her to suffer. She is also insured all procedures would of been covered.

My daughter had an appointment at 10 am. I got a call reminder and 2 text reminders that I confirmed each time. We get there and get told they changed it to 9 without contacting us. They went ahead and did the appointment because I had the text but they did an expedited appointment. Cleaned and sent out in 7 minutes. Just a quick no cavities and sent her on her way. We have been using them for years. Won't be back again. Nothing but rude inconsiderate workers here now. About as comparable to aspen now.

I've been taking my kids here for 10 years and always have had a great experience until today. Our appointment was at 8 & we walked in at 8:10. We were checked in and waiting for them to call us out when a random nurse came and we were told we would have to reschedule. I explained I drove an hour and 15min. to get here and we were checked in but they still made us reschedule. They acted so rude about it, and it was a bad experience. I told them that I will be finding another dentist. Very disappointed.

Hateful and completely rude to their patients. I have never seen a practice treat patients so horribly. Made my mom cry. "Fired" me from the practice for "missing an appointment" that we had canceled previously so it was their fault. Would not take accountability at all. Office manager was so hateful to my mom when we explained that we actually did not miss the appointment we canceled. They did not even give us warning that we could be fired from the practice for "missing" appointments. If you want someone to care about your health as a patient, do not go here.

I've tried for six months to get a hold of this dentist office. I've left messages on the phone system. I have even filled out the online appointment request. I didn't receive a call or an email to schedule an appointment. My kids pediatrician referred us to this place a year ago and I've not been able to get in contact to schedule an appointment unfortunately.

I've heard good things and read good reviews. However, my daughter- in-law saw "Dr. T". He was rude to her from the very beginning and made her uncomfortable. He was VERY rough and tore her gums resulting in stiches. A few years ago I had another bad experience with a rude dentist here. Why be rude to patients who are vulnerable and trust you? Where are the kind and gentle dentists? Only go here if you already have perfect teeth because they will belittle and embarrass you if you do not.

I've been taking my kids here for 13 years and always have had a great experience until today. Our appointment was at 9 & we walked in at 9:10. I missed my exit. We were greeted at the door by 4 women who were already hateful about us being late & were told we would have to reschedule. I explained I drove an hour away and I missed my exit. They said they would ask the Dr if he'd till see us. Of course Dr Link said yes. I also personally apologized to him an he said no problem, things happen! Myself and my two kids were so uncomfortable with the women at the front. They acted like we committed a crime and it was by far an awkward experience. My oldest even mentioned finding another dentist. Very disappointing. The woman at the exit was the sweetest, though!

My 5 yo daughter needed a new dentist that knew a lot about her special teeth care due to her cleft lip. Dr. Marchack is fantastic! He has good bedside manners, compassionate, knowledgeable, taught me some things, takes his time and listens to my concerns. He's respectful and genuine. I am grateful that we found him! His dental assistant, Maycee, is also friendly, great with children, and makes you feel like a friend. It's a good duo!

The dentist are idiots. No only did it take me time after time to come in with tooth pain for them to finally notice that my tooth was fully decayed. It also took them time to get an appointment. At that point I had to go to a different dentist where they got a appointment on the same week to check it out and they pulled the tooth out.
