The braces literally don't stay on they don't know how to glue on brackets .

My daughter got her braces from here and since putting them on they have cancelled 3 appointments. It's already hard to take time off work then they have to keep rescheduling. I agree with the other reviews about their office staff, they are rude and talk openly about customers. The waiting room can hear them talking about customers rudely. Very unprofessional.

I have been a regular patient at this facility. Dr. Boling was a great doctor. He retired and after that I had to see another young doctor and was very disappointed. I was thinking to switch but today I went for my scheduled visit and was pleasantly surprised to see Dr. Neeta Arya. An excellent professional, very kind and very caring. The best dentist I have seen in long time. Highly recommended. Front office staff Ms. Gloria also best and friendly staff.

The dentist told that the front desk receptionist will be able to answer my questions, so I went to the front desk and she said " I don't know ask your insurance" with a tone. So then I asked asked my insurance and they told me that the receptionist could of answered all these questions. The scheduling is also a mess too, they don't even fully confirm the insurance even on the day of the appointment too.

I have been coming to this office for six years along with my four children. Recently I experienced some pain (I knew it was a cavity) it was close enough to our annual six-month appointment that I could wait for our scheduled appointment, knowing that I would need to have my tooth worked on I also scheduled a second appointment to have work done on my tooth. I went to my appointment, and sure enough I needed to have a cavity filled. When I went up to reception and told them that it would be fine because I already had scheduled my next appointment they told me they had nothing in the system. Hmm ok so I scheduled an appointment for today 1/12/2021 at 2 pm to have a cleaning and my cavity filled. I received no notification email or text message to confirm my appointment and when I called this morning to double check that everything was fine was told that no appointment had ever been in the system. So now I've waited in pain to be told again that my appointment never existed! I'm really very sad because now I'll have to find another dentist which is a shame because Dr Pham is wonderful, kind, patient and does wonderful dentistry. Unfortunately it doesn't matter how wonderful she is because I can't get in to see her. If you make an appointment here make sure you call the day of to see if you even still have an appointment!

Very unprofessional was trying to schedule an appointment and was left on hold. I called back multiple times and was left on hold for 15 minutes for them to answer and tell me they are too busy to schedule an appointment. I will never try to do business with this place.

I am a new patient there and when I went in to my appointment I was greeted with a nice young lady with glasses that is the receptionist helped me with everything. When going over treatment there was a lady who's name was noemy (got her name from the front desk rep) that was extremely rude and kept making comments when I came in to the girl next to her. No matter who she was she was not the doctor so she and the other girl had no right to say anything. If you have something to say make sure you make it direct instead of saying it between you guys. I ended up leaving because I'm not gonna handle no disrespect especially if they are not the doctor. I am never gonna come to this office ever again, they need to learn how to actually be decent enough to go over my treatment instead of making me feel bad about it. Yeah I had dental work I needed to get done but nobody should be making me feel bad about it. GO TO ANOTHER OFFICE FOR DENTAL ASSISTANCE- don't bring your kids here. Such a shame and disgrace

I had an appointment today at 1:30PM for a cleaning. They didn't take me back until 2:15 PM for the X-rays. Then I was waiting again in there hallway area for them to put me in a room. I waited there for another 10 minutes. Then I was put in a room to wait for the dentist to come out to see me. I waited 25 minutes and I wounded up leaving without ever being seen by the dentist. They weren't all that busy when I arrived either. Totally unacceptable and I don't recommend anyone going here.

Bad service they set a side appointments just because they can't confirm your coming in , I had an appointment tomorrow and they canceled it , which makes me mad because , I even had my work schedule change to make it to the appointment , which I don't have anymore ,so inconsiderate I do not recommend this place, look for a better place we're they take your appointments seriously!

the service in this clinic is the worst I paid for my daughter's braces that were never put on due to negligence after a year only the orthodontist made me spin around, with no good results this clinic is only a waste of money and time and the manager never he did his job well either

Calling them is a waist of time don't listen to the fake 5 star reviews. Called them to set up appointment the lady just talks to another customer asking about their appointment putting me on hold for very long time. After reading the recent reviews I've decided to go somewhere else with my money.
