I go to another one I really feel like they didn't glue my braces down good enough and I'm scared to walk into my next appt. They may blame it on me but she was struggling to put them on.

Dr. Krishnan was very verbally rude to me, he told me things like it is my fault my teeth are bad & it has nothing to do with my family & that I can't afford implants & other rude comments. He also was extremely aggressive & by far the most painful provider of any type of medical anything I have ever experienced, it felt like he was trying to hurt me more on purpose. He also cut up my gums in several places there weren't any teeth. Then to make it all worse he told me I have another infection that is down to my bone & in my gums but he didn't give me antibiotics, now my mouth has an abscess on the inside where it is mostly very red, purple ,black, some yellow & badly swollen & I have an abscess that can be felt on the outside of my jaw bone because he told me to wait a week before calling again after my mom asked why he didn't give me antibiotics. I had to go to another dentist who immediately gave me antibiotics & told me I was healing "very slow" for some reason. UPDATE: It took more than 8 months of healing before my gums finally rejected 9 broken pieces of various sized tooth that he left embedded in my gums which slowed down the healing, stayed infected, & constantly hurt me until they all came out.

I came in for exam appointment time 1130 almost 1:00 pm sitting in hot room hasn't been seen yet it takes too long and very unprofessional ! Then when the doctor finally came in he was very agitated didn't do my exam right at all! I Personally work in a dental office the only reason came to this office because they don't take my father's insurance I will definitely wouldn't recommend this office to nobody and given zeros are stars !!!! Very dirty carpet dirty! The girls there were very nice unfortunately the doctor was the one that was unprofessional he was yelling at the girls saying how they didn't take the x-rays good something you definitely don't do and SHOULDN'T treat your employees this way for that reason I'm getting the doctors zero stars!

If I could give this facility Negative STARS I absolutely would! This is the WORST dental office staff that I have ever had to deal with. The office manager Laura is RUDE, INTERRUPTS you, and DISMISSIVE like she believes that she is better than you! There was a mistake made when I originally had my visit by the dentist and they did not diagnose the infection in my tooth, I have been in pain and sick with this since Tuesday because they would not administer antibiotics to help rid me of the infection, however today which is Thursday I get a call from one of the staff that were doing a follow up and let me know that in fact there was infection and apologized for the miscommunication. They did not offer to prescribe anything to help me, Laura was ugly and dismissive and said she was closing my case and they did not want me as a patient. I now have had to find another office and try and get something scheduled and hopefully my insurance will cover another set of X-Rays and be able to get me in quickly to get me fixed because clearly this Magic Smiles Dental was not capable of taking the proper care of a new patient. DO NOT waste your time with this place, and now that I have had time to sit and read through some of the reviews I know that I am not the only one that has had issues and troubles and been treated so poorly! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! CUSTOMER/PATIENT SERVICE!!!!

Dr.Gray is absolutely incredible at what he does! I was extremely anxious of having two of my teeth extracted but the procedure was smooth, quick, and painless. It felt like it was only 5 minutes that had passed and it was already over. I almost couldn't believe at how swiftly done that was. Thank you!

I got a cavity filling and they literally pulled my mouth so hard very rude and they don't explain what they did to parents they just throw you out and have you make your next appointment

My daughter recently got fillings and the entire time the dentist complained that her mouth wasn't open enough and how annoying people are when they don't open their mouths enough . Telling her if she's not numb enough that's her fault because her mouth won't open more . Literally her mouth was opened all the way and he literally kept telling the assistant while working on my 16 year Olds mouth how annoying people are we weren't allowed in the room so I didn't know this happened until we left and she wanted to cry because of the mistreatment she endured by someone who's supposed to be professional. We won't be returning as I'm sure there is dentists who don't completely hate their job and patients.

Pediatric dentistry office open to the whole family. I was blown away by the level of care I received by this amazing staff on my initial appointment. I was ecstatic after seeing what an absolutely beautiful job the dentist did with the cosmetic front caps I received.

ZERO STARS they dont even deserve one... Worst Dentist Office EVER! Not only was the Dentist very rude, aggressive, and unprofessional, but so was the lady with all the tattoos and really long hair that works in the front. I went in for an extraction. upon arriving i had to ask for the nitrous oxide because i have severe anxiety. During my extraction, the dentist would not stop going on about how I should not have came in for dental work without eating breakfast before coming in. (No one ever told me I should eat prior to any dental appointment.) He scolded me through the entire visit. first for not eating then because i got nauseous and felt hot and dizzy after the extraction was done..(common from my anxiety. well he scolded me for my anxiety also. i have NEVER been treated so poorly by anyone in my life. I was sent home with antibiotics because i had an infection from the tooth. over the weekend i ended up in urgent care due to the infection causing fever and chills and nausea. the Dr advised that i needed to follow up with the dentist that pulled my tooth so he would be able to tell if the infection was getting worse or better because he was the only one that knew my condition upon the extraction. So on my follow up, they wouldn't allow my BF to come in the back with me. the lady in the front with all the tattoos was accusing me of giving myself a dry socket without anyone ever even looking at me at this point. I stressed my concerns about why I was told I needed to see that specific dentist and why I didn't feel comfortable going back alone and she stopped me and told me if I was going to go back there with an attitude I better expect the dentist to give me attitude She then proceeded to accuse me of sneaking my bf back on my last visit which I told her I didn't have anyone with me which was why I felt the dentist treated me so poorly. I told her I wasn't even going to go in then that it is NOT OK for them to treat their patients that way, and when I proceeded to walk out through the waiting room making my way to the door to leave, the lady actually left from behind her desk and came out of the door and continued to give us her input and yelling at us about the dentist and telling me that I'm wrong and that I'm the only person that feels that way. when I had asked her why she felt the need to leave from behind the counter and followed me to the door (while there was a mother and her two children in the wait area) she said it was because it was better than yelling at me from across the building and I told her there was no reason to follow me or yell for that fact because I had already been leaving the facility. For her to even do what she did totally baffled me and was so unprofessional and not ok. I will never be returning and I do NOT recommend this place even in a dire emergency. Since seeing this (butcher) dentist I have been to a new dentist and the x-rays show the dentist at magic smiles was so aggressive he tore out a piece of my jawbone along with the tooth and left a fragment sticking out which has been tearing into my gums, so my new dentist has been working to help clear this infection and clean up the mess magic smiles dental did to my mouth!!! They are not worth the money you save going to a CHEAP dentist!!!!

I just got my wisdom tooth removed here almost three hours ago. At first they said all four,then two and than just one The front desk ladies were very nice to me and understanding to me, however the dentist is very rude. He explained how it would be but when it started he drastically changed.kept telling me "come on open your mouth wider" " come on open your mouth wider it's just pressure labor will be much worse" (currently pregnant)I told him the pressure was painful and He was not adamant on giving me more lidocaine to help. He told me if it was to much then to go to a surgeon l.Once they pulled the tooth out they understood why it was so hard for me since it was impacted and quote quote " the roots were curving like fish hooks" and I had to get stitches the dental hygienist didn't say anything bad about him but she fold me" one day someone's going to come in here to get work done and cuss him out" they asked me if I wanted to schedule my other ones to be removed but I never want to see that guy again.

I have been going to Magic Smiles at the 5109 W. Thomas location for years. Today was the first time I was seen by Dr. Kris Bala. During the entire 15 minute exam, he was very rude, talked down to me, scolded me for being 3 months late for my checkup (because the office had been closed due to Covid!) and for using the wrong toothpaste. He talked negatively about me to an assistant as they stood behind my chair and arrogantly criticized another dentist's recommended treatment plan. I'll make sure to request a different doctor when I go back in.

I took my daughter for her 3 year check up and my daughter cries at every visit but the other dentists always at least TRY with her. Today she got this Dr. Kris Bala, DMD guy which he was so rude! He didn't even want to make an effort to check her. He right away said that it looks like she has a cavity on her back molar which he didnt even have proof of and my daughter has never had a single cavity and that she need a referral with a dentist specialist. This is supposed to be a pediatric dentist but I don't understand how if this guy didnt even do his job today!
