September 15th 2022, I had an appointment today at 1:00 p.m.... they made me wait in a hot room I felt like I was going to pass out. When she finally came in she told me that I needed a crown. Which she could not do to today. So I went to make an appointment to get it done and they told me they wouldn't be able to do it till January. I don't know about you but when you're desperate and you have a part of your tooth missing and it's causing you pain and telling you have to wait till January is unacceptable. A very bad experience with this appointment that was nothing but disappointment. What a rip off.

I just LOVE when the receptionist calls me for information then cuts me off mid sentence and puts me on hold. Then talks like she knows me and why I stopped taking an antibiotic. I'm not taking penicillin for a month because I can't get in sooner to have my tooth fixed. I have no idea who I just spoke to but lord help me if I'm treated that bad in person.

Somehow my kiddos dentist appointment was cancelled. Being it I was not the one who cancelled them they were able to put them back on the schedule and my kiddos were able to be seen. My kiddos have been going to this dental office for many years we love them here. I have a son that has very high anxiety when it comes to dental work they have been able to work with him and bring that anxiety down to a minimum. I also have a special needs daughter that they are so careful with her that it helps her feel comfortable. Because she has sensory issues being it she is partially blind. She also is very loving and has known her dentists for a very long time and knows their voices so she trusts them. It is nice that here are employees at this dental office who have been here for many years that kiddos can go in and see a familiar face so it will be a calming experience.

I am an elderly patient with dental phobia (bite blocks and dental dam frames especially) and high blood pressure. I had searched for two years to find a dentist who could be understanding, supportive and patient with me. Dr. Arya at Magic Smiles in Mesa is TRULY AMAZING! She made me feel cared for, explained everything thoroughly and well, and was able to easily adapt to my anxious needs. I cannot tell you how many dentists I saw prior to finding her, all very dependent on fancy bells and whistles rather than treating me with respect and understanding; and I am so happy and relieved to have finally found a dentist who totally gets it. Highly highly recommend, especially if you have special needs.

Dr.Arya is the best. She is honest, friendly, competent, and professional. Another dentist told me I needed a crown replaced. Dr A took a look at x-rays and the tooth and said I did not. I won't go anywhere else. The staff is awesome and the office is very clean.

Dr. Neeta Arya, was great! She was very sweet and understanding. Her medical assistant was great. I would highly recommend this dentist office especially if you have a loved one who's special needs.

I love this place they are nice a very kind and care about your needs. I had some dental work today and they did the best job I've ever had and fast and I was nervous at first, but they reassure me that I would be ok they were so gentle Excellent service front and back-office Friendly staff I'm bringing my kids here and recommending Magic Smiles to my friends and family you want great service flexible prices workable pay plan go to this Dentistry

Very professional, friendly staff. I don't have insurance for my daughter and she had to get an extraction ASAP. They were able to accommodate me to the nearest appointment at a fantastic affordable price. My daughter was a bit nervous but they made her feel comfortable and relaxed.Glad I found this place. Again, amazing doctor and staff! Very pleased!

We had an emergency and our normal dentist was closed. They were able to see us same day and take care of our problem. The office staff was very friendly, and the office was decorated nicely. Very pleasant experience.

I found my new dentist! I fell in the shower and broke both my front teeth noticably badly. This place got me in the very next day for an x ray and exam (could have got me in the same day but I couldn't make it). Then, Dr. Arya said she wanted to try and fix it for me that same day since it was so noticable and the holidays were coming up! She said she was booked out for over a month, but managed to fix my chipped teeth the same day as my initial exam! She was so nice and easygoing too as well as the assisstant helping her and the receptionists. And the best part? It only cost 200! I was expecting to pay like 600-1000 for bonding on 2 teeth. It looks better than it did before. I'm not sure how she managed that, but I went home smiling the whole way

I really like magic smile dental. They have a wonderful bedside (or dental chair)! They the dentist went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, I love that, the rest of the staff the same, cudos to magic smile dental office.

I would never recommend anyone here the lady dentist i had messed up on my teeth and now im paying over $1,000 to fix her mistakes i will never go back her ever again

I would give a 0 if I could. I work in a behavioral health group home and one of my members needs a root canal. they set up the appointment and called back 5 minutes later saying they couldn't take her because she is SMI!!! Are you kidding me??? big time discrimination!!

Dr. Boling and his staff are the most helpful and gentle professionals I have ever dealt with! The magic smiles building is the most comforting place when you don't feel good or have teeth problems. The whole staff is sincere, caring, and helping at all times! I wouldn't choose any dentist in the world but Dr. Boling!!!

They sold me a filling on a molar that was otherwise completely functioning perfectly. Whatever they did destroyed my tooth. I have never been able to use that tooth again. After corrective fillings, a crown and a canal all to correct whatever they did wrong with the filling the tooth now just has to come out. I completely regret ever setting foot in this practice that ended up costing me so much money in specialists and destroying a tooth that had otherwise been fine. Additionally, the dentists were rude and dismissive despite everything being their mistake.
