I have had very good service with this dental office .. Nicole in the front office is amazing, she helps with Dr notes, scheduling, coordinating between offices...I would recommend this office..

When my child asked for his mother to sit in on an extraction. He and I was told no problem we will bring you in in a few minutes. I was then told by the receptionist that parents are not allowed back. Myself and my child were both lied to. He then had to go thru an extraction while asking for his mother and not understanding why I wasn't there. I canceled my other children's appointments

Worst dentist and orthodontist I have ever been to. The care is terrible and scheduling always messed up. My son had orthodontist work done and none of it was explained to me then when I asked to remove it they were rude and refused. Don't ever bring your children here you will regret it.

I have been going to magic dental for 10 plus years and was great every time i visited no complaints for any of the staff they are always amazing and happily talk to you making sure your comfortable through the entire appointment. Dr.Assaf is also a great dentist who does his job very well, i have never had any pain from the fillings and cavities he has done very professional with his work.

They seemed accommodating at first, set me up for an appointment a month out that worked with my schedule (I live an hour away and already had another appointment set up) They call me to confirm three days ahead of time, then call me the next day to cancel my appointment and reschedule. So I have to wait another month to get into the office due to poor planning. The lack of professionalism that was shown during my call baffles me. If you're looking to be treated like a patient go elsewhere

I have been attending this office for over two years and the staff couldn't be more accommodating I always feel so welcomed and taken care of. I've advised a lot of my friends and family to go there as well and they had nothing but good things to say about their work and the overall environment.

My two boys have been very well taken care of at this dental office. Nicole, specifically, really showed love and respect to my boys who were nervous about getting a filling. They always work fast and work hard!

I have worked with this practice for 10 years now. I have been apart of a hardworking, compassionate and dedicated team over these years to love, nurture and accommodate a large community. We thrive and strive to make patients and parents feel comfortable as we treat and educate each and every patient/parent in this practice to the best of our ability. Not all parents and patients have the same opinion on how protocols are implemented into this practice but, I can rest assure that each child is treated with nurture and empathy because we care and do the best we can to try and make everyone including parents as happy as we possibly can. It can be very disheartening to see some of these negative remark's as this practice works so very hard for the community. I do wanna thank all the supportive parents, coworkers and most of all the Dr's for their time and effort as we do the job we love the most by serving as many children in the dental field that we possibly can and will continue too. My granddaughter had her braces put on by Dr Vargas who was "really chill" in her 13 year old words which is translated to he's cool LOL. She said Caitlin always notices her and makes her feel comfortable during her visits. For this I thank you all for taking such good care of my granddaughter!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Magic Dental Care. I have been taking my daughter to their office for over a year now and the staff and doctors have been nothing but amazing all around. I would definitely refer them to all friends and family.

This dental office has an amazing staff. My son was having a hard time and was super nervous doing his checkup. The staff were patient and tried to soothe him. They called me in and I was able to be with him throughout the whole process. Marie, one of the dental hygienist went over and beyond to help my son and myself. The patience that she had for him was like another mother. Honestly, kudos to the doctor and his staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time out to care for my son today. Midway through the appointment, my son relaxed and was back to normal. I applaud the whole staff for a job well done and for not making us feel like an outcast!

Great experience with my boys at this dental office. Very clean facility & the staff is very courteous & always great about advising the process with all dental work. My boys adored Nikki & Marie and just had to give them a hug, along with a high five for such a caring nature they showed. I will be sure to continue to return with my boys for their cleanings & dental check ups, as the staff is admirable in their dedication& hard work they put towards our kids.

Never been to a dentist like this in my life, this place does not allow parents to go in with their kids, parents must stay in the waiting area which makes kids and parents uncomfortable. Also it's setup like a 3rd world country they have dentist beds/chairs lined up in 1 room with no privacy or anything and they all are getting serviced at once, this is why they don't let parents in because it's their policy is that parents cannot see other kids charts as if they never herd of closing a folder etc. I left mid way into my sons appointment, they advertise like a family dentist but setup like a free Clinic shelter dentist for the homeless.

Dr. Assaf did a phenomenal job ! Very professional and barely felt anything. Explained everything before and during the process of fixing my chipped tooth!! I will definitely be there again.

Parents are not allowed back where the kids are being seen. However they left my 3year old unattended and he wandered out to the parking lot where there are cars passing by. None of the staff knew where he was even though they should be watching them since parents are not allowed to be with their children. DO NOT GO HERE
