Several points here. My 8 year old 9 months ago was given a filling. 3 months later, she was told she needed a cap, a metal cap over a baby tooth that will fall out eventually. During our most recent visit, she was told that a different tooth required a root canal and a cap! Suspecting that this was ridiculous, we sought a second opinion and were told no work needed to be done. Lastly, we were billed for preventative teeth cleaning when it is 100% covered by our insurance. Further, their mother was not permitted back with our kids. Do not take your kids here.

Typically not a huge fan of the dentist, makes me nervous .. but I had a smooth and easy visit ! Short wait, cool staff and they went over everything with me first, which made me super comfortable :) had a cavity filled and I didn't feel a thing ! Ended up scheduling a cleaning on my way out !! See you guys soon! Thank you for an amazing experience :) Recommending to my friends !

I have worked with this practice for 10 years now. I have been apart of a hardworking, compassionate and dedicated team over these years to love, nurture and accommodate a large community. We thrive and strive to make patients and parents feel comfortable as we treat and educate each and every patient/parent in this practice to the best of our ability. Not all parents and patients have the same opinion on how protocols are implemented into this practice but, I can rest assure that each child is treated with nurture and empathy because we care and do the best we can to try and make everyone including parents as happy as we possibly can. It can be very disheartening to see some of these negative remark's as this practice works so very hard for the community. I do wanna thank all the supportive parents, coworkers and most of all the Dr's for their time and effort as we do the job we love the most by serving as many children in the dental field that we possibly can and will continue too. I have been taking my son to Magic Dental care for the past 3 years. Dr. Assaf and the staff are amazing. The patience and compassion they have shown towards my 10 year old son shows how much they really care about their patients. Thank you for all the hard work you do.

this place is extremely unprofessional, i had a cavity done and they numbed the wrong part of my mouth and i felt them drill into my tooth, it was extremely painful and i came out with a cut on my lip. the assistant was slacking and not paying attention. do NOT take your children or anyone here for that matter.

The staff here is amazing! They are so friendly and are so good with the kids! It takes special kinds of people to work in the medical field especially with children. Thank you staff for doing such a great job.

We had a very great experience. The staff was very welcoming and Dr. Assaf was so amazing and patient, he is the best! Our kids loved the clinic and will definitely come back.

These guys did a phenomenal job ! Very professional and barely felt anything. Explained everything before and during the process of fixing my daughter's chipped tooth!! I absolutely recommend this place after the bad experience with few other dentists

I CAN NOT BELIEVE THE RESPONSES FROM THIS PLACE IN THE REVIEWS!! All you have to do is read the responses from the reviews and that should help you determine to never take your children to this place. This place is disgusting and unprofessional. I will be reporting them. I've already took screen shots of their responses so they will not be able to hide them. This is probably the worst place to take your kids. There are plenty of other dental offices that take Medicaid.

This place told me it would be $1,500 to do my sons braces. Gave the option I could pay $799.00 down and make monthly payments, and if I paid the down payment within 60 days of the visit I would get $200.00 off. When I went today to pay the full $1,500.00 amount the "manager" told me I would not receive the $200 off because I'm paying in full. I had to asks some friends if I was just crazy or if this made any sense at all. I was told I should not be taking my kids to this place and I no longer will.

Place was unbelievably crowded, consultations were taking place in the hall because there was no other room apparently. Male dental hygienist was extremely rude, I was basically accused of child neglect because my son had cavities and a small blood spot on his eye. Never had such a rude and unsatisfactory experience at the dentist. Will not be returning, at least not to this location.

I agree with every bad review here, I would not take my child to this place. The wait time is ridiculous. My daughter came out with a cut on her chin below her bottom lip. We have had so many bad experiences here I can't even name them all. We are done with this place we have given them enough chances. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
