At Maestro Smiles, our philosophy is that good dental care with a healthy smile goes hand in hand. This ultimately leads to a better outlook and perception which improves the quality of living for an individual. Taking care of the teeth requires more than the regular brushing. There is a need for periodic care to maintain health. At Maestro Smiles, you can expect the following services:

You get a thorough dental assessment. This will include a physical examination of the teeth for both function and appearance. There is also a periodic assessment of the structures supporting the teeth and oral cancer checkup on a needed basis.

Even though crowns and bridges can last a lifetime, there are occasions where they could fall out or become loose. Other than practicing good oral hygiene, you also need a good dentist for the procedure and that is where Maestro Smiles comes in. We ensure that your teeth dont crack or chip further after the crown or bridge dental procedure. We can also fix a tooth that has already been fractured without necessarily removing it. Crowns and bridges work together to occupy the space left behind by a missing tooth. The procedure will occur over a few visits and we aim at making it as comfortable as possible.

Sometimes the process of getting beautiful teeth will begin with extracting some teeth. Next, we will begin the process of creating new dentures which dont take a lot of time. The denture is then fitted after the full-mouth extraction after the gums have completely healed. Dentures serve the purpose of replacing missing teeth and you get back your beautiful smile. The other services we offer include teeth whitening, dental implants, dental night guards, and veneers.

We are well aware of how dental care can be an expensive undertaking as you will have to go out of pocket if your health insurance doesnt provide coverage. We are committed to providing the dental care that you deserve at affordable prices. Youre at liberty to reach out to us for inquiries for the most common procedures.

We work with most insurance plans and you dont have to worry about coverage when you come to our offices. You can always contact us if youre not sure about the coverage and we will be more than willing to come up with a working solution. Contact us today if youre looking for family and cosmetic dentistry services in New Jersey.

Right now I am experiencing ridiculous pain product of a job done on my left molars. Have gone there in several occasions to complain about extreme sensitivity on that side and right now REAL PAIN on one of the molars that they worked on which in my estimation they probably messed up the nerve. Their solution was to just wait for the pain to go away because according to them "sensitivity is normal when you get work like that done on you teeth and it will go away in months" I am picking up a mouthguard that I ordered here this week, canceling my next cleaning appointment and looking for a new dentist. I really hope they get better...

Dr. Noelle Signoriello is the best !! Dana Cooper the Office Manager is also wonderful. They both have gone above and beyond to help me personally. Dr. S is kind, very articulate, actually explains in detail an overview for a treatment plan as well as clear explanations each visit. She is very easy to work with, makes you feel comfortable, treats her assistants with respect. English is her first language and I personally appreciate that!!! I have been to several dentists, she's excellent and enjoys her work. Also, never any annoying conversations to be subjected to as you sit there getting work done and the dentist and her assistants work on you. Highly recommend!!! The office itself is fine.....clean, prompt appointments available, and reasonable staff. Never once have I seen an attitude with any of the staff there.

This is one of the most professional and well ran dentists I've ever been to. My hygienist Sheila was an absolute Angel, so comforting and definitely knew her stuff! I also appreciate that their appointments are always running on time. They never have me waiting around

Didn't even get the opportunity to meet with a doctor as I was turned away at the front desk for being 2 minutes past their strictly enforced grace period. Which, as luck would have it, is not mentioned anywhere on their website, on new patient paperwork, in their confirmation text messages or on the phone call with the receptionist that I had on Friday when I was confirming my appointment. Had this setup for months in advanced, and it seems that didn't matter to them as there was no attempt to try to make the appointment work. Instead I was told I could get on the schedule for 3 months from now. If you plan of visiting this office just make sure nothing out of your control such as road closures and major accidents are along your route. I left with plenty of time to spare, (I live 15 minutes away but left 45 minutes ahead of my appointment time) but unfortunately ran into construction and a major accident which delayed my arrival. This won't matter to the staff at maestro.

Dr. Noelle and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and never push unnecessary procedures. I would never consider going anywhere else for ALL of my dental needs!

Dr Aryam Modesto is the worse dentist I've ever encountered. I had ZERO issues with my teeth prior to seeing her in May. At my appointment, she made me aware of two cavities and we made an appointment to fill them. The issue came after the fact... A month post filling my cavities, it hurt to eat on the left side. I went in for adjustments. Here it is September and it still hurts to eat on my left side. I go in again, she makes adjustments and asks me how it feels. I tell her I don't feel pain until I try to eat and that this didn't occur until AFTER she filled my cavities. She writes me a referral for a root canal. I ask her what's her reasoning and she said sometimes that's what it leads to. My opinion, she doesn't know what she's doing. I'm definitely going to see a different dentist. I wish I saw the previous reviews before I made an appointment here. Update 2/21 Just saw a new dentist. Exam confirms that there is something underneath filling done by Dr Modesto. I now have to pay $80 to have it fixed.

I cannot remember my dental hygienists name but she was so great with me after I told her about my fear of dentists! I will definitely be requesting her for my teeth cleaning in the future!

My experience at my Astro Smiles was a good one. I made the appointment because I had multiple problems. Dr. Noel took care of everything that bothered me and it was a pleasant visit. I would most definitely recommend your practice two people I know. Thank you, Robert

My father is a patient and as a new place they have no clue to what they are doing. He has his health plan that covers for his denture, and because of the neglects of the owner for hiring a dentist, someone with no experience. My father should not be penalized nor does he need to pay about $150 for something a worker did, this was a year ago but We recently had an appointment I went with him and I told them what happened they said you should of said something. There is a reason why she is not working, I wish you could of said something to someone else.. I don't care if it this was a year ago. I don't care she got fire or not, she was working at The Office and commited improper procedure, she was hire by someone and her licenses should be revoke for this Incident. My father should NOT have to pay a penny the same Maestro Smile hire her the same way Maestro Smile should take care of the BILL. All because she had no idea of what she was doing. About a year ago when my dad told the Spanish Female Dentist his dentures doesn't fit and he is not Ok with it. All she said "oh well you signed the paper I can't do nothing about it". First of all I can't even blame her for the lack of knowledge, when it was the manager or owner who hire her. If I need to I will proceed with taking the appropriate measurement to whom I need to notify about the negligence of this behavior because it has accurate within 3 years even less to the CSDA or to whom it may concern. For this incident Never to occur to anyone.
