Dr. Maedot Semo has dedicated the past ten years to providing families in our community with quality dental care. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and has completed a General Practice Residency at West-Jersey/Virtua Hospital in New Jersey. Dr. Semo is committed to life-long learning and regularly participates in numerous continuing education courses each year. Advanced training in cosmetic, restorative and implant dentistry allows her to address a variety of dental concerns.
Marianne, a Delaware county native, has worked in the dental profession for over 15 years. Marianne is a graduate of Cardinal OHara High School and has been active with various community projects in Chichester township where her children attended school. She is a compassionate and caring individual who shares our practices commitment to dental excellence.
Our practice is committed to providing our patients with optimal dental health in a caring and comfortable environment. We do this through comprehensive, evidence-based dentistry, outstanding customer service, and a commitment to continuing education.
Several factors are involved in diagnosing and treating diseases of the mouth. Risk assessment for caries (cavities) and periodontal (gum) disease is an important component of diagnosing and planning your dental care, as are habits such as grinding and/or clenching. In our practice we address your dental needs and make treatment recommendations taking into consideration the state of your overall oral and systemic health. Our treatment model is based on restoring your teeth to health, using proven techniques and products which yield a predictable outcome. In many situations, we partner with specialists in the area to provide you with the highest standard of dental care.

My husband went to this doctor.. Very unprofessional, condescending and just straight out disrespectful the was she talked to him. He needs some dental work done and she proceeded to tell him that she "wouldn't even recommend him to a the periodontist" and that "they have a professional practice and that their success rate is very high.. didn't want a failure like him" She also asked why the phone number he gave is not his own.. he said because my wife handles my appointments.. so she proceeded to say "well maybe you should have you own number.. SERIOUSLY! Hopefully she looses her license one day... if she continues this type of treatment!

I was a new patient and haven't been to a Dentist in many, many years due to a very bad experience. My daughters go to Dr. Semo and really spoke so highly of the whole office, I thought I would give them a try. I was not disappointed at all! From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and welcome. I can not praise everyone enough! I am very phobic and my anxiety often controls me, they worked with me and had a tremendous amount of patience. I would highly recommend them!!!

I was a new patient and haven't been to a Dentist in many, many years due to a very bad experience. My daughters go to Dr. Semo and really spoke so highly of the whole office, I thought I would give them a try. I was not disappointed at all! From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and welcome. I can not praise everyone enough! I am very phobic and my anxiety often controls me, they worked with me and had a tremendous amount of patience. I would highly recommend them!!!

Dr. Semo is the most kind, caring and intelligent dentist I've ever had; she and her staff are truly amazing. The new office is nice, clean and all of the equipment is high end. Probably most importantly they are great with our kids (9, 7, 5). You should choose her if you need an honest doctor who cares more about your health above all else.

I am a new patient. When I arrived I was welcomed with a smile. The office is very nice and comfortable. Dr. Semo is very nice and truly concerned about her patients. She takes the time to explain everything to you and makes sure you understand. One thing that makes Dr. Semo and her practice stand out above the rest is that you are not rushed through a visit. She is not rushing to get you done to go to another patient . I was made to feel like family.

I have been seeing Doctor Semo for many years and LOVE her and her practice! She and her staff (Maryann and Danielle) are professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Rather than dread going to the dentist, I look forward to my visits. No matter whether it is for a cleaning or something more extensive, my experiences have always been pleasant and "pain free". If you are in need of a well respected, competent dentist, I highly recommend Doctor Semo for all your dental needs. You will not be disappointed! If I could give more than five stars, I would give them. She is the best of the best.
