Dr. Evan Riley is a New Orleans native. He was raised in Kenner, LA and is an alumni of Brother Martin High School. Dr. Riley attended LSU in Baton Rouge for his undergraduate studies, then completed his dental training at the LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans. Upon graduation, he received the Academy of General Dentistry Award for the most outstanding, skilled, and proficient dental student in his class in the field of general dentistry.
Consistent with his commitment to lifetime learning, Dr. Riley has taken extensive post-graduate continued education in the areas of dental implants, root canals, and cosmetic dentistry. He has completed the Dental XP Implant Fellowship, the Heartland Aesthetic Dentistry Continuum, and even served as a regional mentor for the Heartland Implant Continuum.
Dr. Riley practiced his first year in Gretna, LA as an associate in a group practice. He then moved to the northshore and practiced with the same group for 3 years in Mandeville, LA prior to meeting Dr. Charles Foy and taking over Madisonville Family Dentistry (formerly Foy Family Dentistry). It was a pleasure for Dr. Riley and Dr. Foy to form a strong friendship and share the same values, vision, and culture in practicing dentistry and caring for our patients.

Our team is comprised of 2 board certified dental hygienists, a certified expanded duty dental assistant, and an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced front desk business assistant. Our front desk staff is dedicated to helping you achieve your dental goals and making sure each of your visits is as smooth and punctual as possible. Nicole joined the team and has truly been an asset. She is wealth of knowledge when it comes to navigating the complex world of dental insurance and billing.
Shawn is Dr. Riley's clinical chairside assistant, his extra set of hands, a cheerful and compassionate team member who addresses the many behind the scenes details of a dental office to keep things running smoothly.

Top Staff, Top Doctor, everybody remembers us by name, asks how the kids are, etc. One of the few places you can tell the staff really enjoys their job and being there. Super professional, very friendly, overall best experience at a dentist our family has had.

I highly recommend Dr Riley & all his staff at Madisonville Dental. They are all very welcoming & efficient in their work. Dr Riley is very knowledgeable in his practice & what I really appreciate is the way in which he explains exactly what he is doing before each stage of the procedure - in understandable language. Although I can think of endless things I would rather be doing, as far as dentists go, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Painless, efficient & fair pricing. Was seen at my appointment time (no wait). Brigette was my dental hygienist. She was very knowledgable and thorough. High tech equipment in the office. Dr. Riley has good bedside manner. Their prices for mouth guards are steep ($600) relative to New Orleans prices but thats my only complaint.
