Customer service is outstanding! To be honest my teeth were not great after I stopped drinking 9 years ago. This is by far the best dentist I have had my entire life and feel grateful I found him and his team at the age of 40. I'm not scared to go to the dentist now!

Dr Gilbert is an amazing dentist along with his whole staff they make you feel very welcomed and they check on you to make sure that you are okay during any procedure I'm thrilled to have him as my dentist. Thank you for your outstanding work

madison square dental care is family friendly. I choose this location bc the manager Desie Kate accepted new patients so I decided to take my whole entire family. The office is clean and organized. All the staff wear the scrubs and their protection gears. It made me feel safe and sanitize. Dr. Winston is very professional and family oriented at the same time. He takes the time to ask you questions and explain the procedure to you as he perform the service with his assistant. He doesn't rush in and out. He take the time to care for u and we are very happy with the results.

Everyone at Madison Square Dental is SO nice! They were able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment right away, and made sure the follow up appointments fit my schedule. They are polite, professional and do great work. It was my best local anesthesia experience yet, administered gently and felt absolutely no pain throughout the procedure. Even after the ibuprofen they gave me wore off there was zero discomfort. Thank you!

I think that they are all very professional and friendly. The atmosphere is very caring and the staff seem content and happy with their jobs. Doctors are knowledgeable and if they lack they will send you to another professional that is more efficient in the knowledge you are seeking.

I wish I would have been with them 5yrs ago the pain and suffering that I have gone through in the past 2yrs has been with 4 local dentists has been unbelievable that said Madison Square dental their doctors and staff are outstanding and they are very understanding to what your needs are and communicate with you to meet your needs and the options you have couldn't ask for a better dentistry and believe me I have meet a few quacks out there that should not be practicing sending my entire family there

I went to get my first ever crown done and I'm amazed by my experience. I expressed that I was nervous as this was my first time. Both the assistant and doctor made me feel comfortable and let me know that if I'm ever uncomfortable or need a break to signal with my hand. The procedure was done in a timely manner. The best thing for me was my experience with getting numb. Their technique was amazing. It distracted me from focusing on the needle and pain. This included a light tapping on my opposite shoulder, breathing techniques and sound from the suction tool. Barely felt the needle and was numb pretty well. Great experience overall!

Madison Dental always take care of me.. they always send me a reminder call/text of my appointment. The staff and doctors are always super nice.. this is why I choose them to be the folks to take care of my teeth.. A+

I called this place during open enrollment for my insurance to find out if they were accepting new patients with the insurance I was enrolling in. They assured me that they were, so I listed them as my provider. When I called back to make an appointment, they said they are not accepting new patients with my insurance anymore. So now, my whole family has to either pay out of pocket or wait a year for dental care. I recommend choosing a provider who's staff will be honest and careful when answering questions.
