At Madison No Fear Dentistry, we focus on you, the patient. With a judgement-free team that is always willing to help and take the extra time to ensure you are heard, respected and even appreciated, we truly believe we can make a difference to the way you, and your family, view dentistry forever.
To help make that difference we offer all of our patients blankets, eye masks, heated and cooled neck wraps, noise-cancelling headphones and TV screens with Netflix. In regards to your safety you can rest at ease knowing we have digital x-rays that produce less radiation and all of our team members are CPR certified.
Originally growing up in Antigo with two brothers, a sister and their family dog Opal, Katie naturally has a great attitude towards meeting new people and building connections with others. However, her biggest pet-peeve is dishonesty so you won't want to break her trust!
Aside from being an outgoing, dog-loving gal, Katie also loves the outdoors, social outings and helping throughout her community. You can often find her having a good time hiking, kayaking, planning vacations or having a good time with family and friends
Kristina is a match made in heaven as the No Fear team developer. With social skills through the roof and the ability to make everyone smile throughout the workplace we won't be where we are today without her hardworking, dog-loving, get a group to do yoga over lunch personality.
Just passing her nine year mark of being with the No Fear team we have really got to know her well and have no reason to believe she will be leaving anytime soon (So be sure to leave your ideas for a 10 year anniversary gift in the comments below!)
While she isn't exactly a farmer she loves to grow plants and paint in nature. At the moment this article was published she has about 150 seedlings in her house to plant in her garden in a few weeks and is working on a painting you would think is from a professional artist.

Dr Dave is excellent at all things dental and is funny. I mean how many times have you gone in for a dental procedure and ended up laughing. Also very nice, as is everyone there. On my last visit, I came in with something stuck in one of my eyes and it hurt. And he took it out for me! That's going above and beyond.

I went to No Fear Dentistry in August after struggling with awful, chronic tooth pain in a root canal tooth for more than a year. I'd been told at other places that the alignment was fine, that it could be neurological "phantom pain," or that I might even need to have the tooth pulled. I went to No Fear Dentistry for a second opinion, and they figured out very quickly that the alignment was off and that the crown needed to be shorter. They took care of it that day. Because the pain had come on and off for more than a year, I've waited a while to make sure... and the pain is totally gone! Seriously thought I would have this pain forever. Thank you so, so much for listening and for solving the problem!

I am a formerly very anxious dental patient. I couldn't recommend this practice enough. They are kind and non judgmental. I'm proud to report my teeth are in good health and I am even relaxed having work done. Give this team a try if you're worried about the dentist. They're really great. Really impressed with the staff that supported me from beginning to end. Mallory answered all my questions and was nonjudgmental and kind throughout my visit. Looking forward to getting the mercury fillings out of my mouth, which she created a thorough action plan for. Glad they take insurance here and still offer quality health conscious dental work.

Compassionate, Nonjudgemental and Competent Care! From the moment I stepped through the door I felt welcomed, respected and listened to regarding my dental concerns and anxiety. Seriously... best dental team I have had work on my mouth! Dr. Vonte and Destiny were incredible. I had 3 teeth extracted on same day and never felt a thing. Chair-side manner was great (even though my phone alarm kept going off). and the visit did not take long at all. Later that evening I received a call from Dr. Vonte checking up on me, it was greatly appreciated. I also saw Dr. Maggie 2 weeks before that, for a root canal, with the same praise! Keep up the amazing work guys, and thank you again!

Today I had the first two of eight silver fillings replaced. I can't express enough how wonderful the experience was. I hate dental work and have a low pain tolerance for it. Dr. Collin was more than willing to give me extra numbing instead of what I would usually hear, which was "let me know if you feel anything and I'll give you more"... not what an anxious patient wants to hear. The overhead lights were off, the nitrous oxide was flowing, and he was done before I knew it. Even simple things like this constant suction device in your mouth which, while weird initially, was wonderful because I didn't have to focus on keeping my mouth open and tongue out of the way. I could just relax my jaw because the device did it for me. In addition, I don't know how you keep those dentist office smells at bay, but please keep it up. It's the little things that make a big difference.

They do really well with our daughter, but out of the blue, we got a voice-mail that they are going to be opening a new facility and needed to change my daughter's 6 MO appointment and wanted to know if we wanted to reschedule it at the new facility. For a number of reasons, I declined and wanted to keep her at the main clinic, and now her appointment went from July to NOVEMBER. So, we were essentially punished for not being willing to move over. That's nice that you want to open a second clinic, but you doing it at the expense of current patients getting routine care is kinda uncool.

I have had one positive experience after another at Madison No Fear Dentistry, especially with Dr Collin and Jas. I needed an issue assessed and analyzed, and Dr Collin was the first person in my dental history who ever listened, took me seriously, and helped me find a solution. I used to have so much pain and anxiety with dental procedures, but no more! Dr Collin and Jas customized a plan to help me feel heard, respected, and comfortable, and because of them I'm able to attend my dental appointments now with less medication than before. Both of them go out of their way to get to know me as a human and not a customer. Both of them work hard to make me feel comfortable in all of the procedures I need to have. Both of them have shown great care and compassion in checking in on me after procedures to make sure I have everything I need. This is the dream team. If you need cavities filled, onlays done, veneers, full-on crowns, or simply routine cleanings and screenings, I can tell you I have had all of it done with these two. And I couldn't recommend them, the quality of their work, or the services of their office more highly.

This place is top notch and the name says it all! Everyone in the clinic is outstanding, efficient, and attentive to the needs of their patients. Shout out to Paige, Nicole, Alyssa, and Drs. Vonte Jackson and Kourtney Kuyper for making me comfortable and taking care of my teeth. This is the place to go if you experience any anxiety around dental visits!

Dr. Vonte and Alyssa his assistant were both excellent. I have always dreaded going to the dentist but they made me feel as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend to anybody that has been hesitant to visit the dentist to visit them. You won't be disappointed.

I am so happy with the treatment I have received from No Fear. As a recent transplant (from Chicago to Madison), I was seriously considering driving back to Chicago for a dentist. I received a recommendation from a friend and made an appointment. I am delighted with the excellent care and I highly recommend Dr. Kourtney as the most pain-free dentist I have ever been to. She is incredibly skillful, efficient, compassionate, and I'll say it again... pain free. I could not be happier with the care and treatment I receive at No Fear.

This dental office is amazing. I only went because my spouse (who has high dental anxiety) would get money off. I see no reason to ever go anywhere else. Front office staff always greets me promptly with huge smiles. I'm notoriously early, and they'll get me in a chair as soon as they can. Dr. Collin numbs my mouth like he does it for a living. I watched a little Netflix when I was there, and in no time another quadrant of my mouth was finished. Dr. Collin has done some crowns, removed mercury fillings, and done some new fillings for me. My only complaint is that I don't have any work left! Have no fear though (get it?), I'll be back in 6 months for another hygiene appointment with Katie, where she can remind me in the gentlest way possible to use my water pik more. Seriously. Kindest group of humans ever.
