Dr. Jesse Duquette, D.D.S. is a Gulf War Veteran, US Army, and a 1999 Indiana University Dental School graduate. After graduation, Dr. Duquette served for 8 years with the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps and was stationed with his family in Montana and Minnesota practicing dentistry on Native American Reservations. He and his wife Tamara, also US Army, have 7 children. After resigning his commission from the military, Dr. Duquette worked briefly in Northern Indiana as an associate dentist before pursuing his dream of having his own practice. In August 2008, Dr. Duquette and Tamara made that dream come true when they bought what we now call Madison Family Dentistry.
Dr. Duquettes continuing education over 20+ years is extensive covering implant dentistry, root canals, crown and bridge, complex surgery, pediatric dentistry and sedation dentistry. Dr. Duquette has been doing sedation dentistry for over 20 years with OR training while in the service to DOCS training in private practice. In fact his education and mentorship started in the Public Health Service, for example doing and receiving training for root canals, then continuing in the private sector to expand his expertise in the latest techniques with the most up to date equipment. This equipment includes CEREC same day crown and 3D cone beam scans for virtual placement of implants and complex study of surgery.
We are conveniently located at State Road 7 and Clifty Drive at 1327 Iroquois Drive in the Big Lots parking lot. We provide a nice relaxing family friendly atmosphere with personal mementos and with TVs mounted in the ceiling for your comfort while receiving your care.

Had a tooth pulled here was supposed too be 2, dentist drilled my tooth pulled the gum away from it before it was completely numb yet continued even after I was crying and screaming in pain!! 3rd day after having my tooth pulled and I can't even open my mouth, can't eat, can hardly swallow because of the pain! I felt as if I was being tortured while there! I do not understand how this office is still open!!!

I never felt so comfortable and cared for at a dental office, I second a previous reviewer! I have been to quite a few and always felt pressured or talked down to, not here! The dentist and staff explained everything to me in a clear and fun-to-learn way. Their office is open, clean and they even have great tv entertainment above the chair while you wait if that is your thing. They are very friendly and helpful. Their cleaning was gentle on my sensitive teeth. I got referred there by my in-laws and they all love them. Not a stuffy atmosphere at all, the first time I've ever felt at ease at the dentist's!!

Worst dentist I have ever been to! Will not help you at all! I had a tooth that was in the most excruciating pain and I was told that because it wasn't infected that I shouldn't be in pain even though it is decayed and he wouldn't fix it or pull it at all pretty much told me to deal with it! I wouldn't recommend this dentist to my worst enemy! Don't go here if you have tooth pain they will just send you on still in pain and not help you! The worst dentist ever!

They have all the latest dental equipment for everything from xrays to crown making to night guard making. They text you appointment reminders and the texts let you add the appointment to your Google calendar with ease. They are thorough, friendly and caring.

The doctor made me feel at ease while I was having my root canal done. The front office girl was helpful when it came to my insurance, being as I'm a complete noob when it comes to that. The dental assistant was very nice when he put NCIS on the tv above me to watch! I will for sure be back!

Never have I ever had a better experience with the dentist! I felt cared for, calm, and was explained to thoroughly everything that was going on through the entire procedure. Bonus points for the TV hanging on the ceiling so I could focus on something other than the drills and suction . The staff is sweet and helpful, it's incredibly affordable, and the work is efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
