I called around several places for an emergency extraction. They got me in within an hour for the initial consultation with x-rays (free of charge). We discussed my options, Adrian made me feel comfortable with my options (I was very apprehensive from the beginning, with the pain, no insurance, etc) Things were explained and they were not pushy at all. They then found time to get the work done within another 30 minutes. After the procedure, i had some issues and even though they were out of the office, I was able to contact Adrian and he helped me throughout his day off to be sure i was again comfortable. Adrian went above an beyond, I could not have asked for better service and would recommend this practice to anyone.

I have a fear of the dentist like you couldn't believe!! I avoid them like my life depends on it! With that being said I broke a couple teeth on a mint(true story) and had no choice but to find a dentist(the pain is unreal!) I am so thankful I found Madison dental as they were understanding with my fear, they explained everything I would need and broke it down for me. They were able to get me on a plan to get EVERYTHING fixed! So far so good! I may just be a patient for life if this awesomeness from them keeps up!! I have another appt in 2 weeks to get the teeth pulled, the doctor even prescribed me some antibiotics and mouthwash to help with the pain so I can actually eat food until my next appt. So thnx Madison family dental, see u in a couple weeks!

With just two visits I feel comfortable here the atmosphere is great I didn't spend a lot of time sitting and waiting. The last dentist I went to had one plan only and it seemed like it was the most expensive plan. That is not the case here I told them what I could afford and how I wanted to do it and their answer was we can do that

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Had what I thought was a tooth abscess and they were able to see me within 30 minutes of calling as a new patient. They were able to give me an X-ray and consultation free of charge and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary procedures. This was probably the best experience I've ever had at a dentist.

This was the best dental experience I have had in A LONG time! I would highly recommend coming here especially for families. The staff is so accommodating and helpful. My little one and I had our teeth cleaned and checked for cavities. It was my child's first time at the dentist and they made sure she was comfortable and entertained. I am currently pregnant so my gums have been super sensitive and causing a lot of pain. The dentist was very gentile and understanding. They do not overcharge or try to sell you on services that are unnecessary. Great for kids as well.

I took my daughter's age 11 and 5. This dentist office was the best experience I had in a long time. They explained what needs to be done with my daughter's teeth and how the insurance with this dentists office. My youngest was very nervous to meet with the dentist, they put on YouTube TV in the exam room for her to watch her favorite show as they we're doing the exam on her teeth and the cleaning. I high recommend this dentist office to anyone with or without kids.

The office is modern and luxurious. The staff is friendly and ready to help. Dr. Salehi is very gentle I didn't feel a thing. I like that they are honest and care about my oral health. By far best dental experiences I've had.

This was my 1st visit with Madison family dental group. The people that I dealt with were extremely professional and answered all of my questions. I'm going in next week for my procedure and I will let you know how that goes next week.

Awesome staff and facility. All of the staff are super friendly, from reception to dental assistants to the dentist. They broke down everything that they would be doing. They broke down all of the costs from what was covered by insurance to what wasn't. They got me in and out in no time.

I can speak only highly of Dr. Salehi and the office. I visited them today for the first time and it was a great experience. Her staff was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Madison Family Dental Group!!!

Quick Summary: - Dentist re did 3 fillings I previously had done elsewhere. - Dentist was not satisfied with one of the fillings she re did and wanted to re do it again - Office staff messed up the appointment and had to re schedule it. - When I came in for the rescheduled appointment they said "sorry she can't do the procedure today" and rescheduled again - Staff called 20 mins later and apologized and offered to squeeze me in same-day - Left side fillings all done and feeling good. Full Story: I went in for an appointment 12/14, I was complaining about one filling on the top left that was moving when I flossed. The dentist said I actually needed to have four fillings redone because they were done improperly. Two on the top left, one on the bottom left, and one in the right side. I have been to two other dentists since the fillings were done, and neither of them said the fillings were done improperly, but I HAD been experiencing cold sensitivity in one of the teeth she said needed to be redone, and of course one on the left, the filling was moving so it made sense that that filling needed to be redone. The plan was to re do the three fillings on the left side that day, and potentially do the fourth one later in the year, as I would be leaving the country for several months on January 3rd, which I made clear to the staff multiple times. The dentist started the procedure with the help of the hygienist, and the bottom left seemed to go off with out a hitch. But then midway through the two on the top left I could tell something went wrong. Turns out that the top left gums started bleeding so much that they had trouble re doing the fillings and, by the doctor's admission ended up with a less-than-stellar result. The doctor said I should use a mouth rinse that would alleviate the swelling for 10 days then come in for another appointment and she would re-do the filling and hopefully it wouldn't bleed so much this time and she would be able to do a better filling. So now we're running really tight on time because I leave Jan 4th and they want me to wait 10 days THEN come in to get the filling redone. So I obviously wasn't happy about that, but we seemed to have JUST enough time to squeeze it in. Her staff scheduled me for December 31, which I thought was odd seeing as it's the New Years' Eve Day, which I pointed out at the time. But they didn't seem bothered. Then on December 20th her office called and said the doctor wouldn't be in on December 31st so they needed to reschedule... which was a big "duh" to me... So at this point I'm pretty annoyed, on top of that they obviously didn't make any notes that I'd be leaving the country Jan 4th because they proposed dates after my departure date. We got the appointment rescheduled to December 30th at 12:30pm. I diligently used the mouthwash they prescribed for 10 days to prepare for the appointment, and responded to their reminder bot that texts you incessantly, asking you to confirm the appointment, and said "confirm" to indicate that I would be there. I showed up at 12:26 on the day of the appointment, checked in, and then waited around for 30 minutes before they told me there had been a miscommunication and that the doctor was only scheduled for an "exam" today and she couldn't do the actual procedure and I'd need to schedule another appointment for that. The only appointment they had available before I left was 8am the day before I leave the country for 3 months. So if there's anything that doesn't go quite right, or requires another appointment, I'm completely screwed at this point. Let's hope they get it right this time... I will update my review with what happens. Update 1: Dentists office called me and informed me that they moved another appointment today so that I could still do the procedure today rather than waiting til the day before I leave the country. Very professional, and appreciated. I added a star. Update 2: Filling redone. Feels good so far. Added a star. Will update if anything changes.

Had a tooth ache; made an appointment for next day; went in; no more tooth ache. Dr. Salehi listened, assessed, and resolved my problem. He explained what was going on with my tooth and explained what needed to be done. I'm so glad I went there. The staff is courteous and efficient. They went over my insurance coverage with me so there was no surprises. Great overall experience. Thanks guys!
