It's so hard to trust someone coming at your face with sharp objects but Dr K is The best numbing dentist EVER! I send my kids and husband here as well for the best treatment and the preventative care is A1. Always on time and cares about the patients.

Three years ago we tried this office. They sent the billing info to the wrong insurance company (Michigan instead of Mass) and didn't realize the mistake until it passed the time that our insurance would cover it. We had already paid our co-pay. For three years they harassed us for the remaining balance because of their mistake. We tried explaining why we felt it wasn't fair for us to pay it as it was from their error. They ended up turning it over to a collection agency. We'll pay it now, but you can bet we'll be telling everyone we know about their 'treatment' of a patient.

After years of going to one of the major dental clinics (because of my insurance) I am so pleased that my insurance now allows me to go to Madison Dental. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. Dr. Karadsheh is thorough and very personable.

I have never had a bad experience at this dental practice. I've been going here for several years now and the staff and Doctor K. are always very friendly and always very professional. I'm always encouraged to ask questions and am pleased that the office has obviously taken extra precautions during this covid crisis. Thanks to everyone at Madison Dental.

I have never had a bad experience at this dental practice. I've been going here for several years now and the staff and Doctor K. are always very friendly and always very professional. The best dental experience I've had in years. Instead of an invasive approach for a sore tooth, as the x rays showed no issues, Dr. K adjusted my bite with a simple filing of one tooth. I've had pain for over a year and it is gone. I am self pay since I don't have insurance for dental and they took 20% off my bill. Great practice!

Myself and my family have gone here several times now, I absolutely adore the staff as they are very friendly, gentle, understanding, and kind. I mean, who really likes to go to the dentist, lol...but the staff here are very patient and understanding with both adults and children. I definitely recommend for adults and children!

I've been a patient at this practice since 2012, when I lived in the area. My family and I relocated to Columbus in 2014, and we continue to make the trip up to see Dr. K and the team for one reason: trust. This is by far the most honest dentist I have ever seen. They don't try to do extra work that isn't needed to make a quick buck. They are friendly and truly care about us as patients. I wouldn't go anywhere else, despite the long drive from Columbus.
