Dr. Evan Moore has been proud to call Old North State his home for the last 8 years and, having grown up in a small town outside of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, he is excited to serve the community of Madison. Dr. Moore earned his B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Spanish from Grove City College. Following undergrad, he moved to North Carolina to teach elementary school in Halifax County, NC through Teach for America. However, after two years of teaching, Dr. Moore decided to pursue a career in dentistry and completed two years of prerequisite courses at UNCG where he and his wife Kalie fell in love with the Triad.

Dr. Moore earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Chapel Hill Adams School of Dentistry. He is an active member in the ADA, North Carolina Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He is very passionate about cosmetic and implant dentistry and, with a commitment to quality continuing education, Dr. Moore is on the forefront of dental care and technology and is dedicated to providing all available treatment options to his patients.

When Dr. Moore isnt caring for patients, you can most likely find him spending time with his wife Kalie and two rambunctious children, Ezekiel and Violet. He loves reading, playing guitar, photography, traveling, and anything that can get him outside, whether it is hunting, backpacking, or a hike with his little ones. He and Kalie also are very active in their local church and are licensed foster parents. Dr. Moore is excited about becoming a part of this vibrant community and providing whole family dental care for years to come.

With Dental Implants, biting forces increase dramatically, for better chewing ability and digestion. Implants also prevent the bone loss that occurs after a tooth is removed. Dental implants have been widely used for over 30 years, and have an excellent success rate.

An effective way to restore lost teeth, Dental Implants can provide a durable, permanent option for oral reconstruction. In this process, titanium frames are surgically placed in your jaw bone. Once the frames are inserted in position, dental implants are firmly attached, preventing the shifting or slipping you might encounter with typical dentures. You are left with a natural-looking, sturdy new smile!

When a patient has lost all of his or her teeth but wants a better fit and more retention than traditional dentures allow, implant supported dentures can give them that stability. A limited number of implants are placed into the jawbone, and the denture fits snugly over the implants and a connector called an abutment.

Single tooth implants are used when one or more of patients teeth are missing. They offer the stability of a natural tooth root, and this is an excellent option for patients who do not wish to have a removable appliance. Standard implants can support crowns (to replace a single tooth) or bridges (missing adjacent teeth).

If you have missing teeth and want to discuss dental implant options, please contact Madison Dental at (336) 203-9594 and let us help you regain your smile, not just for cosmetic reasons, but for the sake of your health as well.
