Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I felt like my teeth cleaning was rushed. The polishing seemed hit and miss. During flossing, a couple gaps that are tight got skipped. The dentist did a great job and was attentive. This visit took very long for just a teeth cleaning.

Receptionists do not follow up on questions/requests. It's quite frustrating when they say they will follow-up and having to call every week about the same question/request to no avail.

A while ago, I was a patient of Madison Dental in Kansas City, (near Martin City) and was fitted for a crown using state-of-the-Art technology. The claim was that I could be fitted and receive the crown on the same day as my preparation appointment. The problem occurred when the dentist fitted me for a crown that was supposed to go on a cracked tooth. Long story short, they ended up pulling the tooth at a total cost of around $2000-2500, to me. Somehow there was no mention of any credit towards future work, clearly not good with the record keeping. Anybody in their right mind would not return to the same dental office, due to incompetence, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned to the same office a couple weeks ago. Scheduled for a 10 AM cleaning today, at 9:30 AM, I found the office door was locked. While outside, I could see the receptionist and she could see me. After 5-10 minutes waiting, another office worker came and unlocked the door. When I approached the receptionist, she started with, "it's not necessary to shake the door..." To this I replied, you leave the door locked and did not come to let me in and now scold me for something I did not do? I only rattled the door to demonstrate the door was indeed locked. After I was thoroughly scolded, I walked out of the office and have not returned. I should mention that that same receptionist lost my background history, after spending some 45 minutes completing all the forms and answering all the questions. I will not be returning.

I came here as a new patient and they were all very friendly and professional! Rebekah the dental assistant was very patient and kind through all of the x-rays. Mary the hygienist was so thorough in her explanation of home hygiene and gave great tips! She also was very efficient in her cleaning she gave. Dr. Anderson was super nice, too.

By far the WORST dentist I have ever EVER been to (and I went to umkc school of dentistry). It was my first time having surgery and my vein collapsed. (Never had an iv before) I started panicking and when i was panicking the God AWFUL oral surgeon took my consultation money and kicked me out because i had a panic attack. I just want everyone to think twice before going here for the definitely don't have any type of assistance and no regard for mental health issues. Sorry I had a panic attack I didn't know I would be punish by my dentist. Outrageous.

This group is Liars and violation ADA laws and regulations under disguise of Covid 19. They are illegally operating in their operation by not notifying they are requiring mask for services. Attempting to charge insurance also, illegal. Also changes appointments when it suits them not what customers planned for.

Dr Williams and the team were always amazing. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They made sure that I had an active roll in my own care and made sure that I was aware of every step. This was the absolute best dental team I have ever had. We are also very pleased with the results! Thank you Dr Williams and team we love our new smiles!

This dentist office is absolutely incredible. My son 5 had to have some work done and he was actually excited and ready to go back for follow up. They made it as pain free as possible and really took great care to work with his tolerance. I was so impressed, that when I had to have a tooth fixed, I went to the adult side and had the same great experience. The office manager, Jonathan I believe, did a fantastic job of making sure I knew exactly what was taking place before the procedure began. This will be my dentist for the foreseeable future.

They are patient-centric and personable, from the friendly front desk associate, the dental assistant, the dental hygienist to the dentist! I would definitely recommend them! The technology is also top-notch!

Lets just say my first experience in the office turned the Madison Dental Group into my new dental home. I felt so comfortable and cared for by each associate I came in contact with. I immediately spread the word to my friends and family! From the front desk Amy, Becky, and Lead Assistant Sandra, Hygienist Mary, and lastly Dr. Kaur... they all made this the most pleasant experience! I hadn't been to the dentist in quite some time, but after venturing into the office everyone was super friendly, patient, and most of all knowledgeable. My first appointment I left with a full plan of action and I trust and have faith that this office is going to get this smile back to shining bright in no time. You can count on them to get you right! :)
