Dr. Burgess has been a trusted name in dental excellence in North Alabama for over 30 years. He is a gentle, caring dentist who prides himself in keeping current with the most recent advances in dentistry and equipment. He and his excellent team of professionals provide a warm, compassionate, stress-free environment with a strong emphasis on getting to know each patient.
He received his doctorate of dental surgery from the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences in Memphis after earning his B.S. degree in Biochemistry from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Burgess believes you never stop learning, which is why he completes over 100 hours of continuing education in dentistry each year.
Dr. Burgess is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Alabama Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Burgess and his wife Ann enjoy discovering new and delicious restaurants (especially Italian), Alabama football, and traveling, but their true passion in life is spending time with their children and grandchildren.
I grew up around dentistry with my father being a dentist for more than 35 years. I worked in his office in high school and fell in love with the profession. My favorite part of my job is being able to help people. Whether Im making my patients love their smiles again or getting them out of pain dentistry enables me to do it all.
She and her husband, Josh, settled in Huntsville to be close to their families in East Tennessee and for Josh to work as a defense contractor at Redstone Arsenal. They love watching the Vols run through the T on Saturdays in the fall, visiting the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and traveling to new places. They have an adorable rescue dog named Maddie.
Dr. Roth is committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest innovations and best practices in dentistry. She continues her education by attending the annual educational sessions of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Academy of General Dentistry. She is also an active member in the Womens Dental Society and Alabama Dental Association.

I couldn't recommend this place more. Dr. Burgess and his staff are the friendliest people in dentistry, and will gladly help calm your nerves. They are all gentle and caring, and Dr Burgess's work is fantastic. They will accommodate your needs, and listen to what you have to say. They keep me extra numb and calm. I've had 3 crowns and 4 fillings from them and don't have a single complaint.

We have been with a wonderful dentist in Huntsville forever but I really needed to switch to one closer to home. This office is great. Our whole family is now switching over. I love the early and lunchtime appointments. It may be a wait to get a new patient appointment but they will put you on a cancellation list. I was called within a few days for a much sooner spot.

I am really happy with the dental care I receive here. Dr. Burgess and Michelle are always focused on ensuring the patient's comfort. I had a wonderful experience here at Madison Dental Care. I had an appointment for myself and my two older kids. My husband wasn't able to be there to hold our 3 month old baby for me. I thought I would have to reschedule my appointment, but Emily from reception held her while I got x-rays and a cleaning! She walked the halls with her, and by the time I left, my teeth were spotless, and my baby was sound asleep. A big thank you to Emily, Casey, Staci, Chelsea and of course, Dr. Roth!

I am very happy with the whole atmosphere within this service. The staff, and Dr. Roth are the friendliest and most personable people I have met. The front office staff is so efficient, knowledgeable, and actively listen to the patients. Knowing that Dr. Roth gained experience and wisdom from her father's dentistry, and along with her background made me feel comfortable. The waiting room, office, and dental area are spotless, pleasant, and very clean too. I am truly amazed by Madison Dental personnel, and the service. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone. My kids and I have been going to this group from roughly 20 years. They do their job very well. They always make you feel welcome and at ease. They are very thorough and my mouth feels amazing after cleaning. They all have wonderful personalities and are very kind.

I recently moved just far enough away to make my old dentist inconvenient. After searching internet reviews, I called Madison Dental Care to schedule my first cleaning in over a year. They had great reviews, were accepting new patients, and just a few miles from both work and home. The first appointment for a new patient was over a month away, but I'm so glad I waited. I showed up early figuring I had the standard "new patient paperwork" to fill out, but since I completed it online beforehand, all they needed was a copy of my drivers license. I was seen just a few minutes after arriving. The office was clean and EVERYONE was so friendly! Being a new patient, I got the works - full x-rays, pictures, cleaning, exam, etc. Every step was explained beforehand and I quickly moved from one step to the next with minimal waiting - even for the final check by the dentist. I highly recommend Madison Dental Care!

I'm a patient of Dr Burgess he and his staff is awesome I mean Awesome!!!! They are a very friendly staffs they greet you with a smile and a great attitude when you walk in the door!!
