Ok so i literally missed two appointments but i made sure to call and let them know that i could not make it because i am a single mother of a toddler, they decided to make an appointment for me without my knowledge! I called them didn't even complain, i just said i could not make it in that day they said ok & decided to charge me 50$ cool. So i called again a month later and they told me they took me off the patients list. I'm so disappointed in them. I live close to them now i have to travel far out for someone to look into my mouth

Quick & easy, Medicaid friendly. I've seen a few reviews about racism. People of color out there don't panic I went and everything was smooth. Not trying to invalidate anyone else's experience but mine went well. I recommend :)

This was by far the worst most unprofessional dentist office I have ever been right from the rude receptionist to the old dirty equipment to the racist dentist and hygienist DONT GO HERE!

Madison dentist is awesome the doctor that they have is great and the staff is too. if anyone ask about a dentist I would recommend Madison dentist

From the moment I walked through the door everything was great. Nice, clean & quiet waiting room. The dental experience itself was smooth.

Went there for 2 years, left with an infection, dentist is EXTREMELY RUDE ALONG WITH THE NURSES, I had multiple extractions, root canal, crown, was in pain, the people working there are absolutely terrible, RUN, don't walk to another dentist. A nightmare everytime

1.Love the fact that there is little to no wait time 2. Love how quickly they can squeeze you in for an appt 3. Love that they are always accepting patient 4.Love the fact that the dental Assistants are very nice/professional -My one and only complaint is the dentist himself is not personable. He's rude and never engaged me in a general conversation in the 7 years I went to his practice. Im not sure if it's a "race issue", cultural differences or just the fact that he has to deal with Medicaid patients but whatever the reason he doesn't make u feel welcome. Moods are instantly changed when he enters the room. The dental hygienist could be laughing and joking with you and as soon as he comes in. They gets very serious. I always wondered how he treats his staff. His disposition makes you very uncomfortable. He treats you like a number not a patient. He never has a smile. He says hello speaks to his assistant does the "job" and leaves. ! The only reason I stayed with him for so long is because your options are limited with Medicaid. If you don't have Medicaid RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go to this office. If you do have Medicaid. You're options are limited. He's quick he does a good job don't expect much customer service though. Good luck!

Sadly didn't get the gentleman's name who cleaned my teeth but he did a VERY good job, took his time, and was very gentle !! Any other place I at least said ouch once during a cleaning, this one I almost fell asleep lol.

My tooth was killing me so much & just made life miserable. I can't thank Dr. Indzonka, his hygienist & entire staff enough for squeezing me in. I called hoping to get everything started, like x-rays, cleaning & treatment plan, but after seeing how much pain I was in, the staff really went out of their way to get me in for an extraction. Everybody there was really nice. After today, I'll won't consider going anywhere else. I'll keep coming here until he retires.

Was on a wait list till June and got a call about an earlier opening. So I took it. While the office is small, and in need of an update the dental care I received was top notch.
