Dr. Olson grew up in St. Peter, MN. He attended Gustavus Adolphus College and majored in chemistry. He also played college football and basketball at Gustavus. He met his wife Katie, also a Gustavus graduate, at the freshmen orientation square dance. He was particularly enamored with her do-si-do.
He then attended the University of Minnesota Dental School and graduated in 2005. After dental school he worked as an associate in Glencoe, MN before coming to Madison Avenue Dental in Mankato. He is a member of the SCDSC, MDA, and ADA.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his three children Emmett, Ella, and Weston. You can often find them together hiking on local trails, going to the lake and playing or attending local sporting events.
Dr. Prunty grew up in St. Paul MN. He received his Bachelors degree from Gustavus Adolphus College where he majored in Biology and played on the varsity football team for 4 years. He met his wife Jennifer, also a Gustavus graduate, there. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of MN in 2005. He began his career as an associate in Centuria, Wisconsin where he spent 3 years before coming to Madison Avenue Dental in Mankato. Dr Prunty is a member of the SCDSC, MDA, and ADA.In his free time he enjoys the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his wife and three children.

Recieved care for two plus years. Staff receptionist and dental assistant were wonderful. Dental hygienist and dentist?? Sought a second opinion on a tooth, it was not well recieved. Dr Olsen walked me out after an extraction. BTW he said "You don't need to make a follow-up appointment." I've never recieved any communication with them again. If your not going follow through with no questions asked....$$$ There are many other dentists to choose from decide wisely

Very pleased! Dr. Prunty and his team are above and beyond exceptional! I have one child with high anxiety and for the first time coming here he was very comfortable and willing to get some work done on his teeth and always coming out with a smile..I couldn't get him on any other dentist's chair...Thank You All So Much!

Very impressed with Madison Ave dental. Dr. Prunty was very honest and up front with everything that needed to be taken care of. I had a cavity fixed and he used a LASER. It was amazing! Literally No Novocaine . It took about half the time a normal cavity fix takes and my tooth maintained the same shape and feel as before. Literally stunned! I now actually enjoy going to the dentist! Definitely recommend Dr. Prunty for honest, pain-free care!
