My son and i had the worst experience for an extraction here! The dr tried to remove a single tooth for over and hour, she then cracked the tooth and let me know i would have to drive my son to Clovis to a specialist! who could remove the tooth- his mouth was bloody and full of gauze- i had no option but to drive my son all the way out there only to wait for another hour when apparently she called to let them know it was an emergency!because of the Dentist incompetence(kids dental) my son had to endure extreme pain and also trauma from this office experience !Dentist should have advised us she would be unable to do the work and refer us out right away! Not after a whole hour when she realized she did more damage!!!!Horrible experience my son hates that place!

i HATE this place so much the doctor is really rude she speaks so loudly about wjat she found wrong with you just to embarrass you i cant wait till i turn 18 to get out if this HORRIBLE place

I hate that you can't see when they work on your kids. Or check out the room they're gonna be in or the Dentist and assistants that will be in there. It's an abuse of power cz if you ask too many questions they can refuse to work on your child. It's messed up, taking advantage of people who can't afford better.

I wanted to like this place but my oldest who had the less cavity's from my others kids said she felt pain the whole time ! I thought the kids weren't supposed to feel any pain I get they might feel pain on curtain things but she said the whole time it "hecka hurt I don't ever want to go back to the dentist " I also feel like they should let you know another dentist is going to working on my child they always made it seem like the lady does it..

There was this one guy ahe was talking to my dad about his daughter and he really nice he was gentle doing my teeth but the girl was so rude and she kept pinching my mouth and hurting me just because of the guy I give it a 5 but if it was just the girl ill give it a 1

My experience here was AMAZING with all 4 of my girls. Everyone was really friendly and professional. I had to come back to back 3 days in a row and everyday was great! Wonderful experience. Yes the kids were a little loopy after treatment due to sedation, but after a quick nap and some jello they were great! Even went to school the next day after having extractions. I recommend them if you have a stubborn little one. Idk about all the bad comments from years ago. But the staff now is fantastic.

A really bad place to take your kids the doctor and some stuff are rude and since there only is one doctor she tries to finish fast and she doesn't care about the little ones had a really bad experience with my son he was 4 years old and she was careless when he was complaining that she was hurting him she only wanted to finish fast and you could tell she was irritated because my son was complaining you could see it in her face also she got a call from a concerned mom and she was rude to her and when she hung up on her she started talking really bad about her she thought i didn't speak English so she would keep saying alot of bad thing's about concern parents with her assistant dont take your kid here safe your self a headache and your kid a bad experience.

So happy I was referred here, my son is five & autistic they were so patient & kind with him. I couldn't be more assured he's in good hands. They even showed me a video of how he's doing & it made me feel relieved.

Horrible Manager, I been reporting customer service for years and honestly for a manager to be yelling at a client when the client just need to pick a son and was coming back is UNACCEPTABLE!! People have said the same female manager have yelled other people. Someone must report to supervisor or it'll be reported to the Government County Office.

My sons regular Dentist sent us here because My son needed major work so we went and the place is really nice and clean! The nurses and the girls up in the front were also very polite. We didnt have an issue at all. I would recommend this place

Apparently there's only one "doctor" at this location and she's rude. She argued with me, raising her voice, getting visibly irritated, around my 4 year old in her chair. Real uncomfortable position to be in, when I was just wondering about my daughters treatment. I was referred for my daughter to have a cavity repaired. It turned into 13 crowns and the doctor told me the other doctors are wrong, and wouldn't show me the xrays of the additional teeth that needed work either.. I declined treatment and took my daughter somewhere else for a second opinion and sure enough, she was wrong and just trying to add way more work than was necessary. Be careful for this place.
