Ok so I have posted a review last month talking about my braces experience with them. And the whole time it was very comfortable and friendly and they have the nicest staff ever and place is always clean but after getting my braces off my bottom teeth are perfectly straight but my top teeth are slanted I didn't notice it because I can only see myself in the mirror but others can see your smile better. When I came home my husband pointed it out that my top teeth are slanted not only did he point it out but others did too yesterday someone had mentioned to me that my top teeth look slanted and again I can't see that through a mirror. I'm just very upset because they took a picture of my face and they are slanted! I'm just confused as I'm why they never saw it or said nothing about it! Now idk how but I have to fix it again! And pay more money just to get it fixed. My first time I had braces with western dental and they did not leave them slanted maybe I should have gone with them again?

I think Madera Family Dental is the best dentist clinic i've ever been too. They are really fast at getting you in on time and they are really friendly and welcome. I can tell how much they care about their patients. I would never think of going somewhere other than madera dental.

Wow I can honestly say it was one of the most incredible experiences I've had in a minute. The staff was both friendly and professional The environment was clean and inviting. I am very anxious when visiting the dentist office this was my first visit and I and looking forward to my next visit. The front office and back office are amazing their professionalism and do their best by making an uncomfortable dentist visit so much better. They will also make financial arrangements if needed and always so courteous. The Doctor is always very pleasant and makes sure you are comfortable. This is by far the best Dental office in Madera

The staff and doctor are amazing! Honestly the friendliest coolest people. Got Clear Correct for braces and am really happy how my teeth turned out. Clean, friendly and very professional!

My experience at Madera Family Dental is great. A friend of mine recommended this dental place to me and I made the best decision by coming here. All the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I never get scared or feel nervous to come here. Usually we get nervous if we have to go to the dentist. This place is beyond great. I would recommended Madera Family Dental to everyone. I love coming here!

The staff & dentist here are amazing & professional. Dr. Ahmed truly cares about his patients, he took very good care of me in helping me relieve my tooth pain & provided other dental services. Veronica the office manager is the best for helping me out. I highly recommend them & their services!

Its been 20 years since I've been to the dentist and was quite nervous. The procedures and billing were clearly explained. Rooms where i had my procedures (cleaning and cavity work) were peaceful, well lit and clean. Staff was very professional and made me feel at ease. No pain for cleaning and 5 cavities as I was pretty numb. Doctor did not force me to have any extra procedures and when I'm comfortable, I can come back for an extraction. My only small issue is that the waiting room could be more comfortable like better chairs, tv, water, etc. Thank you

The staff were all so friendly and professional. Deanna in the front was very nice and helpful. George took my x-rays and was so friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease (as I was a little nervous). The Dr. was very attentive, addressed my dental issues with clarity and professionalism. Definitely recommend Madera Family Dental Care.

Went for a dental exam, was in the waiting room for more than an hour before I was called in. Went with an appointment scheduled at 3:00pm and was out close to 5:30pm. Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic don't understand why give appointments to have us patients waiting in the waiting room for such prolonged time. The worst experience ever don't recommend. Also did noticed a couple of patients that arrived after I did were called before me, giving the fact that I was only there for an exam honestly don't understand why have wait for so long.
