Dr. Madek received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Central Michigan University in 1984. He earned his dental degree from the University of Detroit in 1988. Upon graduation, Dr. Madek sharpened his skills for four years as an associate dentist, before opening his own practices in Commerce Township and Warren. Dr. Madek keeps up on the latest techniques and treatments through many hours of continuing education courses each year. He expanded his skill set by learning to correct and perfect smiles using Invisalign. Dr. Madek and his wife Janice have 3 children. In his free time, Dr. Madek enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with family.

Janice earned her degree in dental hygiene from the University of Detroit and practiced dental hygiene for 10 years. After having her second child, Janice decided to switch gears and move to the front desk. She has experience in many aspects of dentistry, so don't be surprised to find her cleaning your teeth or helping Dr. Madek and the other clinical staff in the treatment area! In her spare time, Janice enjoys attending her daughter's sporting events, travel, and spending time with friends and family.

Sandi has been part of our Warren team for many years, when an opening arose we invited her to join us in Commerce as well! She graduated with her Dental Hygiene degree from Lansing Community College, where she also spent time as an instructor. Sandi has 3 grown children, 1 grandson and another grandchild on the way. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy boating and travel. Sandi not only brings many years of experience to our practice, but also an easygoing demeanor and an infectious laugh!

Ramona has been part of our office for many years and she offers a wealth of experience. After receiving her Dental Hygiene degree from WCCC and a successful career of her own, she raised her 3 children. Ramona took a detour from hygiene to help her husband run his law practice. She was always willing to fill in for us when needed and she can now be found regularly on Saturdays in our office. In her free time, Ramona enjoys baking and doing crafts, especially rubber stamping. Ramona has a wonderful ability to put people at ease and patients always leave with a smile on their faces and many times a hug!

Monica has been a dental assistant for over 20 years. After taking a brief hiatus while her daughter was younger, she has jumped back in and hasn't missed a beat. In her free time, Monica enjoys spending time with her family and working out.
