Friendly staff. Conscientious hygienist. Thorough dentist. But... NEW PATIENT WARNING if using their provider for patients without insurance. They advertised a dental office special for new patients: for x-rays, cleaning, exam $130.00 per patient or $260.00 for two.They also advertised the DentRite discount dental plan that we signed up for in advance. Upon arrival for our first appointment, we gave them our DentRite card. When we checked out, we were charged $395.00 for two, DentRite's fees. However, we should have been charged $260.000, their advertised new patient special. We expressed our concern to management right away and were repeatedly told that it would be looked into. We gave up after three months of contact and no response. A willingness to lose two customers that would have spent thousands of dollars in service fees over time for $135.00 (due to their mistake) doesn't seem like the best customer service and probably not the best business decision either. This could have been so easily resolved.

My first experience was pleasurable. The staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend them.

My fear of the dentist was too real. I had not kept up for almost 10 years. The whole team made me feel comfortable and helped me no longer feel anxious for my visits. Huge thanks to Devin for being so kind and considerate!

Love this office!! I always and treated with so much kindness and respect and I don't feel like I'm ever getting the up-sell like some dentists. Valerie has helped me the last two or three times I've been here and she is the MOST helpful!! She explains everything in detail, is calm and respectful and always helps with any questions. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Terrible Service!!! I first Make an appointment via their website. I make it and it says it's in place, but then I get a call a week later saying that the website doesn't actually work for appointments and I have to make an appointment through them via phone. And the appointment time and day that I want isn't available now so I have to make an appointment for two weeks later via the phone for Friday morning. So I do and I get a phone call to confirm the appointment, I get an email that week to confirm the appointment, I schedule PTO with my job for the appointment. I show up Friday morning for my appointment but NOBODY is there and the doors are locked. So now I'm three weeks out from when I wanted to get my original appointment done and i'm out PTO at my Job. DO NOT GO HERE!

My experience at Made ya smile the woodlands was better than excellent! The positive energy and care was noticed as soon as I signed in for my appointment. I happen to have an 8am appointment and my impressions and fill in was completed before 9am. The staff here, we're overly informative and open to giving me alternative options that were affordable. I will make this location my permanent dental office. Dr. Mannino, Val and Mrs. Tracy were superb!

Very patient and they do all they can to minimize discomfort. I've had several crowns and they are comfortable. They take time to explain and address any concerns you have. Staff is friendly and respectful.

Dr. Mannino is very knowledgeable in his work. He has great customer skills also. I had a crown prep. Perfect numbing and no pain! His dental assistant, Val, was very good also. She kept me informed of what was next and how was I doing. I highly recommend Made Ya Smile The Woodlands for all your dental needs. The front desk staff are very friendly and professional.

I needed to see a dentist and was sent a list by insurance. I looked up reviews for Made Ya Smile and was impressed with the remarks. I was able to get same day appointment . This dental office and it's staff far exceeded my expectation. Maria in the front was so sweet and helpful. Val was super cool and took the extra step to make sure I understood the procedure and was super friendly. Dr. M took the time to listen to my concerns and didn't rush me through. He is practical and efficient which I appreciate. Telling everyone out there to give this dentist and his staff the opportunity to become your next dentist! Love this place!

If you have been searching for an experienced yet affordable, super friendly family dentist. Then search no further. I have been to several others over the past few months, and was about to make the biggest mistake of my life at one of the many so called 24 hr dentures offices around town. All of them leaving me in pain and wanting me to just pull all of my teeth, even if it really wasn't necessary. Well, thankfully I did ask questions and was somehow graced by google enough to have found Made Ya Smile in the Woodlands. Dr. Mannino, and his lovely assistant Val who are both super friendly and highly skilled., using up to date technology, and just left me with the biggest smile Ive had in months since my search began. There was no line, no long waiting times, and my husband even got to enjoy their beautiful waiting room that makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable if you are waiting for a few. I have my next appointment and all of my xrays, a new dental health plan that Dr Mannino came up with to help me save most if not all of my teeth! I was crying tears of joy, instead of tears of pain. I can't thank them enough, and also to all of the very caring young ladies in the frint office for helping me to navigate all of the future appointments, cost and they even saved me money with a discount program without my having to even inquire about it! So I promise I personally will make each and every appointment here because I won't be dreading the outcome or if I can afford to take care of my teeth, and I will be recommending this group to everyone I talk to. Having the confidence to smile, and not feeling embarrassed or worrying about eating something because it might hurt is what had me searching in all the wrong places. So please, don't make that mistake before at least getting a second opinion at Made Ya Smile. It will be the best decision of your life. I know it was for mine.

Dr. Mannino and Val did an amazing job with my son's teeth. He had peg lateral incisors so Dr. Mannino built them up and made my son's smile look completely natural. Dr. Mannino treats his patients like he would treat his own family, and I appreciate that. Val was right there along side the doctor to help explain and comfort my son. And the office smells so good!
