Hygienist Arie was awesome. She took great care of my teeth. She was thorough. Made sure to understand my daily habits and provided remedies for self care and whitening. I would highly recommend Arie as your hygienist and the rest of the practice.

I have been a patient at Made Ya Smile Sugar Land for a few years now and have never thought to leave a review until today. I believe I had one of my best experiences today when I got my teeth cleaned by Arie. She was so kind and informative and even went above and beyond while making sure my teeth were in tip top shape. She was very relatable and is a wonderful Hygienist. I hope I get to work with her again!

I just has my first dental appointment at Made Ya Smile and it was a perfect and smooth experience. The front desk ladies, the hygienist and dentist were all so welcoming. My hygienist was Arie, who was extremely knowledgeable and so kind. I learned a few things I hadn't been told at my past dentist offices, which was fantastic. Overall, 10/10. I know the dentist can be a drag sometimes, but this is the place to go to avoid that!!

I went to get my teeth clean today. .It's been awhile since I had this done. I was very nervous. The Hygienist Arie really made me feel comfortable and explain everything I need to do to keep teeth and gums healthy.Thank you Arie for calming me down. See you in 3 months!

Excellent place very professional, when I first came there I wasn't smiling, after they fixed my teeth I'm smiling every day, the name says it all also Hygienist Arie was very helpful on giving me a new way to brush my teeth.

My husband had a horrible experience here. He was having some discomfort with his tooth. He scheduled an appointment at Richmond Made Ya Smile. However, before the appointment he starting having unbearable pain. So we called the emergency line to see if he could get some medication. The on-call dentist told us to go to the Sugar Land location as an emergency patient in order to get medication since the Richmond office was closed. We went on Friday to see the dentist. They said his tooth needed to be extracted and we decided to do an implant. The dentist said he would schedule the extraction later because they didn't have supplies to do the implant. We asked for medication for pain and infection, but the dentist said the tooth wasn't infected and that my husband didn't need pain medicine, he could use Tylenol. That night he was in so much pain he couldn't sleep. Over the next few days the pain got worse and his face became swollen and numb. He described his jaw as feeling locked and on fire. We called several times a day trying to get medication on both the emergency and regular lines. The dentist refused to send medication because he said his tooth was not infected. So fast forward to today, we called the office to ask if they could do his surgery today (7/13) since they never called us to let us know they got the supplies. We went in and his tooth, surprise surprise, was badly infected. So badly that his blood pressure was up and they had to wait to do his surgery. The dentist removed the tooth and placed the implant, but he may have nerve damage from their lack of care. We are beyond frustrated. This could have been easily avoided if the dentist had just listened to us. We will not come back to this location.

This is a money grab doctor, beware of this practice, they have horrible service, its a franchise doctor with no corporate accountability.. Literally sell you services you don't need, bill you for things behind your back. Its like a car dealership but a dentist. It gets worse, they refuse to follow up and discuss even after talking to a "manager" . There is no corporate oversight or accountability. After weeks of trying to resolve issues they simply just ignore you.

***First, please check YELP for the honest reviews of this location*** I agree with many reviews stating they will try to upsell you on many procedures. Also, I was made to feel uncomfortable when deciding against a special $500 "laser" cleaning, as if I had wasted their time. Also, was told my "basic" cleaning would be covered at 100 percent. Well, it was sent to the insurance as a "specialty cleaning" (a level above a "basic" but below the "laser") that the insurance did not cover and ended up paying the difference. Please ask the office for the procedure code they will send to your insurance, then call your insurance FIRST to verify everything before letting them do any procedure on you. If not, don't be surprised when they bill your insurance for a service you truly didn't understand you were receiving.

I haven't been to a dental office in a while and when I went I was so nervous. I walked out with knowledge and understanding of my overall oral health, also, how to take care of my teeth from now on. I like it there, I am absolutely going back.

First time here I came in for my regular cleaning appointment and seen by Krystal she was great. My teeth feel super clean. Dr Joe and staff was great I will definitely be returning.

Wonderful experience , the front desk was so nice! Monica was very helpful, the hygienst Daniela was very gentle. Dr.Hu took his time to answer all my question. Overall a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!
