I have been going to made ya smile for 3 years. I must say that things have totally changed. The office staff is very very unprofessional and rude. I keep telling Dr Olsen there is something wrong with the bridge that he put in. I have a very important function to attend and they won't give my partial because the insurance didn't pay what they thought but I am paying big amounts at a time but he wants it all before he will release my partials. I am so depressed. I can't even smile because teeth are missing. I am in pain right now because something is not right under this new bridge. This is not right!!

Everyone is great. But the wait time for an appt sometimes run an hr late or more. I have had that happen twice already. Once with the specialist. Also 1st day the technician was awesome and staff fast and great getting back. So 1st impression was great.

I would give them no stars it possible. Scheduled an appointment through their website for 1 pm. Got to the office and they said it was for 220 pm. Worst customer service ever!!!! Never use them again.

I always have a great visit. This past visit they went above and beyond to take care of me. Everyone was so attentive and nice. Mrs. Felicia at the front is a wonderful helpful person. Thank you guys for the best dental visits!

Best dentist office I've ever been to. Everyone is so kind and have great communication and organization skills. Dr. Olson always takes his time to take care of me and my million questions. Bridgit was fun to talk to while waiting on Dr. Olson, very professional. Ms. Kimberly also was very kind with her biggo smile, she stayed busy however she still managed to acknowledge me as I was checking out. If I could, I would name the other girls however, I'm the worst with names. Thank you staff for your care and getting me in the next day for my procedure.

Everyone is professional but friendly.... really laid-back atmosphere and very informative. From the doctors to the staff nothing but a great experience. If you're looking for great dental care and a staff who really cares then I highly recommend these guys.

The staff here was very pleasant. They were able to get me in very quickly for my tooth pain. Bridgit and Irma worked with me during the operation and made the experience quite rememberable lol.

I am not going to lie, I was nervous for my replacement crowns. I am so very pleased and happy with Dr. Olson and his staff that I had to write another review. At the door I immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. Then the dental assistant was super sweet, kind and assured me it would not hurt. She was right! Dr. Olson did an incredible job and I felt NOTHING! He even let me take a selfie with my old ragged bits of teeth. I am happy to recommend anyone to their office. Thank you all for making my scary process a breeze. See you in two weeks for my permanents!
