I recommend it 1000% I am super grateful! I had a mess in my mouth, I needed crowns on the molars, an implant, a root canal, and more than 4 cavities in different teeth.... 7 years suffering at the hands of many dentists... what one doctor fixed for me, the other destroyed... I couldn't even use dental floss for fear that the old amalgams would come off... Dr. Abraham Thomas is super detailed, not only take care of dental health... also pay attention to aesthetics! He and his entire team are Pros. @christian_sba

This office was great I would drive 1000 miles to see these guys again Dr. Abraham Thomas did work on my teeth that other dentist couldn't. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Made an order of night guards on March 23rd at this location. I was estimated 2-3 weeks for delivery once finished at the cost of $330. Its now June 3rd, 2 months+ after. No communication, no explanation, i have been the one proactive calling them trying to get updates. They don't call me, and now they haven't been answering my phone calls. I have obviously requested a refund going on 3 weeks ago and nothing. My credit card company is getting involved now, you can't take my money and hold it while i have no product. That's not how things work. Its outrageous because I should have been refunded over a month ago and its left an extremely bad impression on the employees and manger here

I've visited the Katy location of Made Ya Smile several times now and have never been anything but satisfied with my experiences. They've worked with me when I didn't have insurance and the process was seamless. The thing I appreciate most is the personal touch, they've always made me feel welcome and comfortable.

This location is by far the best dental service I've ever received. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. I felt very comfortable here and will be coming back for sure. Questions were answered and fully explained. And the front desk person was very delightful and professional. Stephanie is I believe her name, and she was just grand ol hoot. And Sofia was great. She made sure I wasn't in any pain or discomfort what so ever.

in a nutshell, the service was so bad i never even made it to see the dentist. of which i am grateful, bc when thousands of dollars are on the line for dental service one would like to receive just an iota of service? when clients are paying upwards of thousands of dollars the least you can do is face the front and see if your clients in the waiting room have any questions. if they do, do your best to answer them fully without the condescending attitude. and no need to be patronizing either. do you need to look these words up? you honestly should. you are dealing with human beings. treat them all as such. not like cattle, and beings beneath you in which you have to tolerate. smh. atrocious is what the service was and nothing about my experience made me smile. shaking my head! you can also, just for grins, be courteous when you leave the shop, leave a sign. its called communication and it is the very least you could do.

This is for the fry road location. I went to have my cleaning done here. They were very patient and did a great job with removing all my plaque. The dental assistant was gentle. I was not happy about being there but everyone made it a good experience. They explained my plan and what the next step would be carefully and made sure I understood.

I have been a patient since 2013 and I LOVE MADE YA SMILE KATY!!! I don't particularly like the dentist experience in general but this practice has changed that for me. My job recently changed and I am so excited they have started Saturday hours. This will help me so much!!!! You guys have truly MADE Me SMILE!!!!

Staff was very helpful. I will be bringing my kids here, They make you feel very comfortable and I was timid at first but then Sofia the hygienist eases your fear. Dr. Hu explained it to me very professionally that I needed to take care of my treatment before it costed me more time and money. Thank you so much for finding me a place to bring my Family.
