This was my first visit with Make Ya Smile. It was wonderful. Had a deep cleaning and exrays. great Instructions on how to keep my teeth healthy. Everyone in the office and who perform my procedures was great. I would highly recommend Made Ya Smile..! Dr. Hamilton and her staff were fabulous

I was skeptical ( maybe the name), but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. They were very thorough, didn't talk down to me, the dentist spoke respectfully to the staff, and they didn't try to rob me. Very pleased!

I love my dentist, Dr. Nishino. He has great bedside manner and his work is pain free. The office staff is great. They are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone BUT.... The BIG problem is - they still mandate masks. Made Ya Smile headquarters - you need to lift the mask mandate. I refuse to wear them anymore. I don't want to have to find a new dentist. Get rid of this mandate!!!

Best in class staff and service! From the front desk to the back of house, everyone is genuine, supportive, and professional when it comes to your dental care. Amber, Rachel, De'Onca, Nashwa, Dr Noshino, Dr Abraham... and more! Everyone is just so great and committed to providing top notch care. I've had Lumineers for about 2 years now, and I love them! Dr Noshino was incredibly informative before, during, and after the procedure. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Abraham during my last visit, and much like everyone else, her presence with patients is just so great. The entire staff at the front keeps me in check, in a good way! I don't get scolded for missing any appointments or not pursuing the remaining portions of my dental care plan, rather they provide great motivation and help me see the benefits of continuing my care journey for my dental health and well-being. Thank you Made Ya Smile Friendswood!!!

Very smooth process for a new patient. They helped assure me that my dental needs were no problem and they would take special care with my past experience and fears from other dentritlstry services.

This place quite literally lied to me and told me I had cavities and such poor gums that I needed a filling as well as lasers costing hundreds of dollars. ******While I was waiting for a procedure I thought I needed (because they told me I did), a dental assistant came into my room and told me "this is the most fraudulent dental office I've ever seen" and she "couldn't morally not tell me the truth" and that the procedures were unnecessary for me. ****** Once I got a second opinion, another office told me they lied to me about everything and were just trying to take my money and ruin my teeth doing unnecessary procedures. To top it off this was the most expensive office I've ever been to, it was nearly double what every other dentist visit has been my whole life!!! And they tried to take even more money at checkout for services they didn't tell me cost more during cleaning. TLDR; this office lies about things that aren't wrong with your teeth to scam you out of your money. I heard it myself from one of the people working there. Run far away.

I called in the Morning got a appointment at 2 pm the same day. Very friendly staff. They did a great estimate with my insurance coverage. Would recommend to anyone .

This place is great! The staff is always wonderful and friendly! Dr. Nishino goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable during procedures. I've been going to this office for years and at other dentists offices, fillings were painful and overall unpleasant. Had a filling done today with Dr. Nishino and didn't feel a thing the entire time! The office is great with scheduling and is always upfront with their prices!

I never usually take the time out of the day to write reviews but this office deserves 0 stars . This office needs better management because "amber the office manager" doesn't seem to care about her patients or staff. Personal life problems and being on her phone the entire time I was in the office was more of a priority than doing her job at helping when us patients need help, don't understand what or why a person like her is managing a dental office. Doctor was great but pointless with a staff and manager that has no professionalism . All I can hear is gossiping while waiting to be seen . Again 0 stars if I could for this place

Very unorganized office. Rachel is a very rude person and when asked to speak to manager I was told she was busy in her office. Manager took a long time in office and did not bother reaching out to me . I will no longer be a patient here . They just love wasting people's time and money. I will warn other people that they don't care about their patients. The owner needs to hire new management but keep doctor , doctor is great but what good does that do when there's such poor management and poor customer service .

I was seen immediately and treated with kindness and respect. I rather have severe pain than to see a dentist but I was treated so well, now I'll go more frequently. Thank you Made Ya Smile Friendswood for helping me and taking care of me. Not excited about my dental work, but comfortable and confident in y'all. See you soon.
