Would recommend NOT getting work done until AFTER the dental claim goes through the insurance company. I overpaid, let's see if they do what's right and refund me. Have received grievance letter from MetLife Federal. Tried a second time to call this office, to set this right. I am told that the Office Manager has a lot on her plate, and she is on PTO. I get it, but you can't charge your patients MORE than the negotiated rate with the insurance company. So now METLIFE can get my 350.00 back for me.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. No surprises, gave an accurate quote before the work was done. Very professional but a fun laid back crew also. Will be going back for my six month checkups from now on.

Brought my nephew in today for his cleaning/check up and had a pleasant experience! The whole team is welcoming and gentle. Would definitely recommend this office for children and adults

Have been going to different dentist throughout the years, and finally found the right one for me & my family. My 3 kiddos feel very comfortable getting their cleaning, exams & braces done at this location, that's a plus for me. It's also close to home. Highly recommend!

First time coming here and the experience was great! All of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Maritza and Alejandra did an awesome job assuring I knew what was going on and guiding me where I had to go. The hygienist that took care of me was great and gave me some tips on how to care for my teeth. If you're in the cypress area looking for a new dental office, this is the place for you!

I had a cleaning routine scheduled. Once I walked in, everyone from the staff made me feel at ease. Bee, my dental hygienist was very knowledgeable. She explained every step of the way to me, this was by far the best cleaning experience I have ever had. Dr. Hiler was friendly and to the point, I highly recommend them!

Maritza and her staff are fantastic!! I have had a rough experience at a dentist in the past. They listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable and understanding. The procedure went perfectly with no pain. I have found my dentist and my family's dentist. Oh yes, the pricing is excellent!

The dr and staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating and i would highly recommend them. I brought my mother in law who was recently widowed and on a limited budget to get some urgent dental work completed including three crowns. They were able to work with us and offer discounts to meet her limited budget. Its so refreshing that they would hep her in her time of need! God Bless!
