Not a good dentist. Very nice staff but they don't know what they are doing. Went in to get two crownes and a filling in early February this year and I have been in pain since. After shaving and adjusting multiple times , They sent me to a specialist because the work they did didn't salvage my tooth & I still felt pain. I've spent over 1k alone trying to get my teeth back to normal. Please think twice before visiting this office.

I enjoy the "team" at Maddison Ave. Dental. Dr.S. Board has been gentle and through. He told me the best way to go with my teeth. He has pulled several teeth of mine and he was fast and pain free. He took care of me through the healing process. The Staff are great ! I have new friends, they will help you with what ever your needs are. The office is Always clean and follow the cover standards.. I have been very nervous about dentists But I would like to share my dentist with other people who need a Gret dentist !!

My family experience hasn't been good with this dental office. The first visit I took my daughter due to tooth pain it was said she would need a root canal, they shaved her tooth so far down that the temp tooth fall out twice. I witnessed one assistant working on a patient and with the same gloves went to handle sterile utensils for another patient I immediately addressed management with this issue who then said "Okay, Ill check on it". I called to discuss a bill I received and during me speaking the front desk worker she said " please " and clicked over, I have never had to sit in a dental off for 4 1/2 hours to be told to come back tomorrow....My family will not return to this unprofessional establishment again!!

Dr. was incapable of following through with procedures. Originally, 6 months ago, the office claimed they had refunded my insurance and American Express charges when they referred me to another dentist. This was NOT TRUE they failed to do so. Despite numerous email and phone conversations with the staff, they have still not refunded the insurance or our AmEx card. They and I agree that I am entitled to these refunds. Currently, I am unable to receive the help I require and deserve from my insurance until this office sends my insurance company a simple Fax and refunds my money they do not deserve to my credit card.

I love this place the girls always nice especially Alice the hygienist, and a very nice doctors too,I really appreciate that they are still seing patiences with all this virus,stay safe

First impressions are everything right ? Well, this place isn't perfect but it also isn't bad which is why I'm rating this a 3. My appointment was scheduled right as they opened...the clinic has signs that states they clean every hour but let me explain.. I was impressed by the 6ft separation, plexi glass and hand sanitizer available however the furniture was so dusty it looked like it hadn't been clean in a while, there was children's fingerprints on the glass cabinet and the cloth seats are pretty dirty (stains ect) that could use a cleaning. As most people have mentioned, staffing is SUPER NICE! From the front desk to the technicians, hygienist, everyone. They thoroughly explain what they're doing, what they see & suggest and breakdown every cost. But with this being a private dentistry and not an actual clinic per say as they mention, I feel there was a few things that bothered me, the machines seem old... I did a full around head X-ray in which I was kind of "stuck" in the machine because It was making a noise and wouldn't move. The technician couldn't get it to start and got someone to help her saying "you just need to help it" while pulling on a part that was suppose to move on it's own... Also, I feel they were too adamant on getting me to get some work done right then and there in that same day by saying "what did you want to get started on today" & "well is there something, anything you can do today" uhm... no? I mean when someone comes in for a checkup I don't think most people say alright, let me separate $300-$700 especially when 1) it's a check-up & the whole point is to see what's going on and see what needs to be done for the next planned appointment & 2) although it's great to have same day service, it would be nice to not assume someone has the time and money to complete extra work and be pushy about getting anything done that day. Overall considering on returning or not. My mom really likes this place, it's close to my home but I also feel it doesn't compare to an actual clinic..at least for now. Small improvements make a big difference! Mop

AMAZING STAFF!!! So I called this dentist to request for an oral exam on my 11yr old daughter. She had a baby tooth still in her mouth with her adult tooth already grown in, which was causing so much pain in her mouth for her. I originally brought her to Wigwam Dental for the initial exam first back in May. They have been rescheduling my daughter for her "map goal" on her baby tooth extraction THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. She was suppose to be seen in September, until I gave Maddison Dental a call... The lady in the front desk that took my call, was able to schedule her in today at 2pm because of a last minute cancellation with a different client. So I brought her in, and when they took her back for an xray, they brought me back to her and Dr. Stokes and his assistant Evelyn asked of we would like for them to just go ahead and remove it right now. i was in complete shock that Dr.Stokes offered to just remove it now that im there (I live in henderson btw) My mind was BLOWN with how quickly the process was done. My daughter was so happy with the process as well. Dr.Stokes and Evelyn both made her super comfortable with how nervous she was when we mentioned to do it then and there, and she wasnt in pain! Wow! What was taking Wigwam Dental 3 MONTHS to accomplish, Maddison Dental accomplished in ONE VISIT. Not to mention, our FIRST TIME VISIT! Reason I chose to go to them, is because we have Culinary ins, and not that many general dentists take that ins. So yes, Maddison Dental and ALL THEIR STAFF, made this far drive completely WORTH IT. Thank you again for such quick and amazing services to all of them! They definitely earned our business as well as an AWESOME REVIEW. Ps, their office is clean neat and orderly. Sanitation is accessible to patients and they follow the Covid protocols.

I have been searching for a great dentist for several years after my dentist retired. Dr.Gandotra is amazing and I am actually looking forward to my next visit

My son loves the dentist! The staff makes him feel welcomed and make sure he isnt scared! When I went down there for my cleaning, he cries because he wanted to get cleaning too! This place is amazing! Highly recommend!

Dr. Gandotra is highly experienced, passionate and very caring doctor. I got my extractions done by him. He not only explained me all the steps but most importantly I did not even feel anything. Most previous dentists referred me to oral surgeons because of my severe anxiety but he did it in the office and I didn't even need laughing gas. I have referred all of my family members to him and I can't wait to see him again for my other work. Believe me if you have any dental work needed, please go see him and I guarantee you he will take care of you as he did for me. The front desk people are super helpful and accommodating, which adds another feather to the cap. Thank you so much Maddison Dental.

The dentists are okay, I have been here several times and have only seen the same dentist twice. Seems to be a high turnover rate. I would give 0 stars is possible. The front desk is AWFUL. Can't keep track of billing, horribly rude, wont return calls or communicate. This place has also lost my crown, not once, not twice, but three times. Their response? It's the labs fault (why would I be surprised this is the response?) I prepaid for work in January 2020. Today is June 2, 2020 and I have still not received the work. To date, no offer of any refund, credit, or apology. Only blame to "the lab." Save yourself time, money, pain and AVOID this place. I would hate to see anyone else be treated in this manner.
