My favorite thing about practicing in Mexico is how familiar I've become with so many of my patients. For me it is a source of pride that my family has had the opportunity to serve multiple generations of other local families. I graduated from Case Western Reserve School of Dentistry in Cleveland, Ohio in 1976. After serving for two years with the National Health Service Corps in rural Wisconsin, I practiced briefly in Cleveland, Ohio. In 1980 a wonderful oppurtunity presented itself in the form of a small private practice in Mexico, New York. At the time the practice had been family operated for 50 years. More than 30 years later the tradition continues. I am proud to practice with my son Dr. Patrick Madden and my wife Alexis, who serves as office manager. Having grown the practice from a small home-office with two employees to a spacious modern practice in the center of town, my hope is that Madden Family Dentistry will be able to serve the community for generations to come.
My treatment approach is one of listening to my patients and working with them to reach a commonly agreed upon dental health goal. I graduated from SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2010. During my subsequent residency at SUNY Upstate Hospital in Syracuse, I had the opportunity to learn from treating the many complicated cases one finds in a hospital clinic setting. I have practiced with my father in Mexico since 2011, and I enjoy forging the relationships of trust that he already has with many of his patients.

Highly recommend. From the first phone call very nice and friendly, professional and felt like they genuinely cared and wanted to take new patients too. Very helpful. Office appointment went great. Husband felt comfortable and having a tooth pulled was done without pain. He said he loved the office and even though he was there for a problem they handled it excellent. He like the Dentist and we are both planning on becoming patients there. Highly recommend

This was my first visit to this dentist office. I found everyone to be friendly and polite. The office was very clean. My hygienist was awesome her name was Sharon also. She was very professional and kind. Dr. Madden was also very helpful when giving me advice about my dental situation. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I enjoyed being there and will definitely return!
