Dr. David Hickey is a lifelong Ohio resident. He grew up in Columbus, graduated from Denison University in Granville, and then graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Since completing his education, he has worked in several dental practices in central Ohio, gaining experience in all aspects of dentistry. He has experience performing a wide variety of procedures, including esthetic looking restorations, dental implants, dentures, cosmetic treatments, root canals, tooth extractions, and some short-term orthodontics. He is proud to offer many of these services to his patients.
His goal is to make coming to the dentist as easy as possible for you. Thats why he will listen to your concerns and learn about you as a person before recommending any treatment. He wants to treat everybody as he would treat a family member or friend. Dr. Hickey also understands that sometimes life circumstances or fear gets in the way of regular trips to the dentist. He hopes to never make you feel ashamed for neglecting your oral health. His only goal is for you to have a healthy and beautiful smile that you are proud of.
Dr. Hickey is a member of the American Dental Association and Ohio Dental Association. He lives on the west side of Columbus with his wife, Jen (a high school teacher), and two young children, Owen and Mia. When not in the office, he likes to cook and travel. One day he hopes to take a trip to Ireland.
