In April 2021, I had my dentures relined as they were too loose, 6 weeks later I go back and my dentures were loose again, the dentist said that I must have lost weight...I had been to my pc Doctor and no weight was noted. And the dentist never came in and spoke with me about it I am 83 years old and need my dentures so nothing was done about it never again but I go to some kind of place like that.

Routeing cleaning. In and out in a timely manner. Ellen was great. Answered all my questions and provided follow up care as well.

I Went in prior to my appointment on a humble I was at another location in same area. Damian was the first I met he was welcoming, professional and helpful, he answered all my questions so I scheduled and appointment. On the actual appointment day Katey (Dental assistant) was awesome, she was gentle and also made me feel very comfortable because I was nervous about seeing the dentist cause I know I haven't been to the dentist in awhile. OMG the second I met Dr. Rani she walked right in and extended her hand while introducing herself and that just touch me deeply I actually paused before shaking her hard out of shock cause we living in a time where people are scared of one another ima a nurse and I sometimes get people tripping over themselves to get far from me when I walk into a store in scrubs. I apologize for this long review but I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO FEEL NORMAL THROUGH A HAND SHAKE

I absolutely love this place. They have an amazing staff (Dr Verma, Dr Rani, Lacy, Damian as well others) and they're professional. I always feel welcomed and my oral care is at its best. Great facility. Paulashia Packnett

Poor customer service. Refused to send my x-rays and refused to give me a referral to an oral surgeon. Front office people rude. Office manager gives poor information. If you don't want to use the dentist there it's a problem. Guess thats why they are a store front dentist office.

I've never received better service from any place like I have from Mad River Dental Excellence in Clayton, Ohio. Ginny (hygienist) was very thorough and friendly and Dr. Verma is a great and knowledgeable Dentist. Damian (office manager) is very friendly and professional. He's also helpful I've had to get quite a bit of work done and they've always done a greatjob. They've always made me feel comfortable!!! Thank you

This place used to switch hands a lot. It is great now. The newest dentist (Dr. Verma) did a root canal on one of my teeth and was very through and explained everything. The dental assistant (Lucy) did well and explained everything and was responsible (unlike others I have been to.) Even the office manager (Damien) walked me through everything he needed to very clearly. Much improved over previous people who were at this location (Used to be another practice there.)

During my most recent visit, I was seen by Dr. Rani before I had adjustments done. She is so very kind and knowledgeable. It's amazing the results I've seen in my teeth with the fast braces from February to now, December. I finally have a smile that I'm happy and proud to show off. This time, JJ did my dental work. She replaced four brackets, wires, and power chains in no more than an hour. I was astonished by how thorough she was and how painless she made it. Both she and Dr. Rani are phenomenal. Mad River Dental Excellence has an amazing, skilled team. It is evident that they truly care about each patient and their needs. I am especially impressed with how careful and cautious they are with COVID-19 and the precautions they take to keep everyone safe. I would definitely recommend.

Ginny (hygienist), Katey (dental assistant), JJ (dental assistant), and Dr Rani were all great to work with. I had to have a tooth pulled and was able to be seen right away without incident. The office was professional and friendly. -Sam Roberson

I have been a satisfied customer for several years. The service is always fast the place is always clean and modern. The doctors are professional. Ginny the hygienist did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth.

I have been going here for around 2 years now and I've loved my experience. After moving to the area I tried another dentist, but just wasn't impressed so I transferred here. I've been wanting a specific cosmetic dental procedure done for over a decade, but none of the plans my previous dentists came up with were satisfactory to me. Dr Rani and Dr. Verma came up with a plan and worked with me until I felt comfortable and confident! Damian was beyond helpful at explaining the in and outs of what the insurance covers and what I'm responsible for. He went to bat for me with my insurance company several times. All of the staff is just as wonderful. The dental assistants I've had (JJ and Katie) as well as front desk staff, (Debbie and Brandyn) have also been so cheerful and kind! I bring my four young children here (7 years old and under) and they have always been treated wonderfully too! Debbie has even offered to help entertain my children while I'm in the chair! Everyone is so above and beyond there.
