I don't like going to the dentist, (I know who does, some people do but I'm not one). I have had bad experiences with dentists especially concerning pain. I get anxious going to the dentist. I have been coming to Macon Smiles Laser & Co for nine months now. My husband came here first and he was very happy with the service he received and wanted me to try it. He thought I would like coming here as well, given my level of anxiety with dental visits. I have to say it was hard at first and the first part of the year had been full of dental visits because of the dental work I needed done. We had just moved to the area as well. I am extremely happy with the dental care I have received. I have had no pain during the dental work I have received and there was a lot of work. Dr Shah, is very caring, sensitive and responsive to my fear of pain. She takes extra care to ensure I'm comfortable and have minimal level of pain. The dental hygienist, Lindsey (sorry if I have the wing spelling) has been just wonderful as well in her level of care and very thorough in her work. This is a great team of people from the office staff of women who welcome you into the practice and handle the scheduling and billing to Dr Shah and rest of the team. They actually care for you and your wellbeing and are sincere in their level of care. I appreciate all the dental care I have received. Today was particularly hard because of pain that I was having not associated with my teeth. Thank you to Lindsay for your empathy, support and just listening to me. I felt taken care of and I really appreciate you taking the time to pause and let me talk about what's going on for me. You have a heart of gold and I appreciate you so much.

Fantastic service. Choose Macon Smiles because of their positive online reviews from many different websites . Everyone is polite, professional and truly cares about your oral health. Recently, a crown fell out, after office hours, called the next business day and they squeezed me in that morning. I should note that while in-between dental insurance I am a cash pay patient. Their costs are very reasonable. There are many dental practices within the 30 miles I travel. I will continue to remain a patient Dr Shah.

The staff is awesome here. I had a very pleasant day at the dentists all thanks to Dr Shah and their amazing staff. Meredith was very thorough and gentle and quick. There's not very many times u can put all three together but she really is great with what she does. This will for sure be my dental clinic thru my time here in Macon.

Amazing customer service from the first call to make an appointment, arriving at the office and receiving service. I'm very pleased with my first experience. I've been going to Macon Smiles about two years. Everyone there is extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. My hygienist Leslie is very down to earth and easy to talk with. Dr. Shah has a very friendly demeanor and makes patient comfort her number one priority. I am thankful my brother referred me and 100% satisfied with their service.

I was having dizzy issues and they were wonderful working with me. The hygienist stood up to keep from putting me back to do the cleaning. She was amazing and very caring

I really mean this: it was the most pleasant experience I have had at the dentist. I am 74 and I have many past experiences to compare with. Dr Shah, the technicians and staff all focus on you, the patient: asking after your comfort, explaining the dental processes clearly, detailing the billing completely. The staff talk to the patient not to one another. I did not hear one conversation about 'the party last night' or a 'a really cute blouse' purchased. The patient was the focus because they are the most important element of the dental practice. Very highly recommended.
