Orthodontics is a calling for me. I dont take the privilege of participating what is an important change for so many people lightly. Im inspired by the trust my patients show by choosing me as their orthodontist. I strive to achieve the perfect smile for each individual.
Dr. Mack graduated from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. He then attended the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Mack is passionate about staying at the cutting edge of orthodontic and dental techniques and technology. To achieve this, he continually updates his education and training, most recently in the areas of aesthetics, temporary anchorage device placement, and laser therapy.
Her journey to orthodontics was not straightforward; she studied mechanical engineering at MIT (with a minor in jazz trumpet!), then put her poker hobby to good use as a bond trader on Wall Street for five years.
Dr. Jackson is an adjunct instructor of orthodontics at UNC, and was recently awarded a grant from the National Science Foundation for her engineering research on 3D metal printed orthodontic appliances.

I've known Kervin Mack for more than 10 years and can truly say he's a kind, caring and amazing person. Anybody that competes in triathlons around the country while running a successful business and raising a family is clearly driven and detail oriented! Dr. Mack recently created Invisalign retainers to help perfect our daughter's smile, and I'm so grateful to him and his team. He's easygoing and takes the time to listen to what your goals are. And did I mention he got his graduate degrees from Harvard and UNC?! We're so fortunate to have Dr. Mack in our community!

Mack Orthodontics has a warm, inviting, pleasant, and friendly atmosphere within a beautiful state of the art facility. Dr. Mack and the staff provide customer service that is second to none. Service was always provided on time and if I had an issue or need, the staff got me into the office as promptly as possible. From the initial consultation to the final phase of treatments, I was always made to feel special. As an older adult, I was initially concerned about getting braces; however, once I got them, I was given so many compliments on how good they looked, I was sad when it was time to remove them. Dr. Mack personalizes the treatments to fit the individual. My favorite saying from Dr. Mack regarding my smile was "It will be your perfect". I wish I could give them 100 stars! My son and I both had Invisalign and Dr. Mack and Dr. Jackson took the best care of us! All of the staff are wonderful and the office is also beautiful and clean. You will not regret choosing this orthodontist!

My son just got his braces off and "Wow" is all I can say. We thought what he needed was a small correction to his lower front teeth, but Dr. Jackson took a look at him, came up with a treatment plan to address the issue and adjust his bite. She perfected his smile. Wonderful, helpful, welcoming team that clearly cares for their patients and enjoys what they do. Communicative throughout his treatment both regarding his status, COVID impacts to visits, and his responsibilities at the patient. Absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end.

I absolutely love this location. It's right off the interstate and handicap accessible. Both my boys love Dr. Mack and are extremely comfortable with him working on their teeth. My youngest has very bad anxiety when it comes to dentist or anything to do with teeth but Dr.Mack knows how to talk to him and calm him. He is great and all the staff is as well. The Robles Family

Dr. Mack is not my orthodontist but I was visiting from out-of-town and had a problem with my braces. Dr. Mack and his team helped me out in a pinch.
