Orthodontics is a calling for me. I dont take the privilege of participating what is an important change for so many people lightly. Im inspired by the trust my patients show by choosing me as their orthodontist. I strive to achieve the perfect smile for each individual.
Dr. Mack graduated from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. He then attended the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Mack is passionate about staying at the cutting edge of orthodontic and dental techniques and technology. To achieve this, he continually updates his education and training, most recently in the areas of aesthetics, temporary anchorage device placement, and laser therapy.
Her journey to orthodontics was not straightforward; she studied mechanical engineering at MIT (with a minor in jazz trumpet!), then put her poker hobby to good use as a bond trader on Wall Street for five years.
Dr. Jackson is an adjunct instructor of orthodontics at UNC, and was recently awarded a grant from the National Science Foundation for her engineering research on 3D metal printed orthodontic appliances.

Dr. Mack is hands down the best choice we could have made for our teens. My daughter just completed her Invisalign this week and she loves her smile. Everyone in the office is friendly, approachable, and helpful with everything from scheduling appointments to questions about treatment. It's the kind of space where you feel comfortable being yourself and they treat my teens like they're their own. For parents watching our kids move through treatment that's priceless. Mack orthodontics has been great the past few years I've been a patient. Dr. Mack and his team are always kind, welcoming, and energetic. The staff at the front always made sure to greet me when I stepped in the door for appointments. The staff also was great at communicating any needs or changes to services or appointments. I'm grateful to have been Dr. Mack's patient! Also, they were very flexible when it came to my schedule and tried their best to accommodate me. I was able to be seen in both the Burlington and Hillsborough office when needed. The flexibility helped me tremendously!

When I first walked in for my consultation, I was nervous of having to wear braces for the second time around. Dr Mack and his team assured me that with the right care to my teeth and going by procedure and doing what they asked of me I will have the smile I so desperately wanted. 2yrs later my smile is bigger and brighter than ever. I want to take this time to thank Dr. Mack and his team for making me feel si comfortable each time I came in for my appointment. I would recommend. I remember going here as a kid. As an adult, I can say this place had my smile looking better than ever. Lovely upstairs waiting room. The staff would always help me out with the color of my rubber bands! Very polite and patience!

Mack Orthodontics has a warm, inviting, pleasant, and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Mack and the staff provide customer service that is second to none. Service was always provided on time and if I had an issue or need, the staff got me into the office as promptly as possible. From the initial consultation to the final phase of treatments, I was always made to feel special. As an older adult, I was initially concerned about getting braces; however, once I got them, I was given so many compliments on how good they looked, I was sad when it was time to remove them. Dr. Mack personalizes the treatments to fit the individual. My favorite saying from Dr. Mack regarding my smile was "It will be your perfect". As an adult patient, I would absolutely recommend Dr Mack & his office! He was recommended to me by several people and I am so glad I chose to take on braces with him. All the staff members I interacted with were friendly & knowledgable every step of the way. They were happy to answer all my questions I had throughout the process about my teeth movement and how things worked. I never had braces growing up, so this was my only experience with an orthodontist and they made it incredibly stress free. I'm so grateful there is such a talented orthodontist in our area, I would absolutely recommend him! I had fantastic results that surpassed my expectations and I have a deep respect and admiration for Dr Mack and his staff!
