Dr. Chris Mack has been practicing dentistry since 1983 and believes in working hard to provide his patients with high quality comprehensive dental care. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1979. Dr. Mack has been in private practice in Longview since his graduation from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1983.

Dr. Mack is an active member of many local and national dental associations and has held office in several of them. These include East Texas Dental Society, Ark-La-Tex Academy of Dentistry, Land O' Pines Study Club, Spear Study Club,Texas Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. He is also a member and current Vice-President of the Academy of Operative Dentistry, former President of the Southwest Academy of Restorative Dentistry, and current council member of the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Mack enjoys staying current on dental trends and is an avid participant in high-level continuing education. He is also a former delegate to the Texas Dental Association. Dr. Mack has been a member of the Longview ISD Board of Trustees for many years and is a Deacon at his church.

I am so fortunate to be surrounded by not only the best team, but also the most amazing family of patients. Spending the last year and a half getting to know each and every person in this practice has been such a blessing in my life. I am constantly learning from each of you, and am grateful for all of the lessons learned along the way. I chose to work in the dental field because I wanted to work with people and make them smile; it hasnt taken me long to learn that they are the ones making me smile instead. I was blessed to grow up watching my uncle, Dr. Mack, go to work every day and LOVE what he did. I wanted that same passion in my life and chose to follow in his footsteps. He is a constant source of inspiration and knowledge.'

Dr. Macks goal is to help her patients live healthy, happy lives through dental care that addresses oral health, as well as overall health. She is a member of several study clubs, including the Ark-La-Tex Academy of Dentistry, Land O Pines Study Club, and the East Texas Dental Society. These, in addition to her involvement in the Pankey Institute in Miami, Academy of Operative Dentistry, Southwest Academy of Restorative Dentistry, and the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry allow her to offer her patients the best comprehensive care to improve their overall oral health and aesthetics.

Aside from dentistry and her family, traveling and fitness are Dr. Macks two passions in life. She enjoys giving her time and skills to help organizations and missions that bless peoples lives for the better. This includes her participation in a monthly free extraction clinic, dental mission trips to Latvia, and volunteering at local community events.

Angela has been with our practice since 2016 and is likely the first person you will meet either greeting you in our waiting room or over the phone. Her people skills and genuine desire to make others feel welcome and comfortable make a great match for her front office position.

I help our patients understand quality dentistry, and I educate each patient on their insurance to help create a patient base with a better understanding of reimbursements for a non-network/fee for service dental practice. I love working for these doctors because I respect the quality of work delivered to our patients.

Tricia rejoined our practice in 2016as our front office business manager after retiring from her career in medical imaging. She began her dental career with Chris in 1992 and was his dental assistant for 16 years. Tricias vast chairside and lab experience is invaluable when discussing treatment planning with our patients. In addition to patient education, Tricia works with our patients to maximize insurance benefits and payment options when scheduling.

Each patient and each case are unique.I love the interaction I have on a daily basis with our patients. We have the BEST patients and I feel so lucky to work with them and help make their experience more enjoyable.

Karla joined our practice in 2012 and worked as Chriss lead dental assistant until late 2018.She is now the Clinical Coordinator and she oversees everything regarding the back office (clinical) aspect of our practice.Karla is bi-lingual in English and Spanish and that is a huge asset in the office.The thing Karla most enjoys about her work is being involved with all the different types of cases in the office from routine to full mouth restorations.
