This was my first time going to the dentist and they were amazing and so sweet. From my doctor, to the Tech. Shonda in particular was outstanding. They made sure I was comfortable and were very gentle. If there was a review higher than 5 stars, I'd rate Mack Dental that!

Terrible service, I was early for my appointment. the girl at the front was not friendly, after two hours of waiting they told me that the doctor was not there. 2 hours waiting

The staff is wonderful and understanding. I'm always nervous, seeing the dentist, but they really help me to feel more relaxed. I've met and worked, a bit, with both Dentists, they are very kind and really gentle handed. When asked which dentist I wanted for my procedure, it really didn't matter to me. I recommend them to my own family, especially the young ones. Small facility, big hearts!

I appreciate the fact that they are taking the time to check and correct what my previous Dentist messed up. Im super terrified to have work done on my teeth. My previous experience at another place was traumatizing. I feel like the dentist and staff are paying attention and actually listening to what Im saying.

Horrible customer service. We moved out of state more that 2 years ago. We paid everything before we did so. Today i got a bill from them from 2017. Excuse me.. today is 2020. Why we never heard from you before??? It is a very bad business guys. I am reporting them to bad busines burrow for harassing

The Dentist's, Assistants and staff made my children and I feel included and informed.. the chair side manner was amazing with my kids they made both of them feel comfortable and safe, which is rare with any child, I was also surprised that they have orthodontic treatment in the office as well especially at such an affordable price. They also corrected a previous dentist misdiagnosis that would have resulted in unnecessary surgery for my youngest child, I was ecstatic when they showed me the X-ray that negated the diagnosis. Thank you to the entire staff at Mack Dental you are a special breed of people to earn my kids trust.
