Dr. Garrett Heck comes to the practice from Martinsburg, WV, where he was born and raised, but he is very excited to call Morgantown his home so he can bring high quality dentistry to our patients. He received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College and then graduated from the WVU School of Dentistry. Following graduation Garrett completed two years of additional training at a General Practice Residency in Canton, OH where he served as the Chief Resident during his second year. Currently, Garrett contributes some of his time in the dental school at WVU as faculty in the diagnostic services department where he sees patients and teaches the dental students. In his free time Garrett enjoys spending time with his family and friends, spending time outdoors, skiing out west, and is a big movie and tv buff.
Dr. Zachary Mace and Dr. Danielle (Bishop) Mace are both native Morgantown dentists focusing on bringing their hometownarea comprehensive and family centered dental care. Both were born and raised in Morgantown, WV, received undergraduate degrees from West Virginia University, and graduated dental school from WVU School of Dentistry.
Danielle contributes hertime at WVU as faculty in the pediatric dental department two days a week, where she treatspatients and teachesdental students. She continues to expand upon her trainingand is a member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, trained to offer patients Botox and dermal filler therapy. She is also a trained member with Invisalign, which can offer a clear, comfortable alternative to braces.
Carla has worked in the dental field for the past 30years, performingtasks from dental assisting to managing doctors schedules. She enjoys welcoming new patients and working with them to make their dental visits carefree. She is always available to answer any questions a patient may have. She currently resides in Uniontown with her husband and enjoysspending time with her three children.
Anne Weidman - Dental HygienistAnne graduated Magna Cum Laude from the WVU Dental Hygiene Program Class of 2015 with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She began working at Mace Dental shortly after, where sheaims to provide patients with a comfortable and welcoming environment. Anne has a passion for educating patients on their oral hygiene as well as providing individualized treatment planning and preventative care.Opting to remain where they both grew up, Anne and her husband,Tommy, live in the Cheat Lake Area with their son Hayes and dog Oscar.Theyenjoy the outdoors and spending time with their family and friends.

Total recommend! Staff was pleasant; wait time was short and the dentist and his assistant were very thoughtful and compassionate. I moved here a year ago and had to find a dentist for my toothache; so very glad I found Mace Dental!

Fantastic dentist office for the entire family. We recently moved to West Virginia, and we are incredibly thankful for Mace Dental. The office is extremely clean/new, the staff is kind and welcoming, and both dentists are fantastic! Dr. Danielle does a wonderful job with the little ones!

Provided excellent services. Anna, the hygienist, great job. Highly recommend this place. So glad to find a reliable competent dentist in Morgantown.

Called in with an emergency and saw me the next morning, I wasn't even a patient there. Tooth out and doing great! Danielle Mace and everyone there was so nice and the best I have ever been too. My new dentist for sure!

Dr. Danielle Mace has been a wonderful dentist for our family. She is great with kids of all ages and naturally able to put people at ease. My young daughter had to get 3 cavities and said it was completely painless. She left smiling and laughing. Very appreciative for her expertise!

Horrible place. Horrible experience. They pulled half off my tooth out and left the other half in so I had to go back. No knowledge of anything. I went because I heard great reviews. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone at all. They are horrendous.

Mace Dental is wonderful! I always enjoy going there, they are always cheerful and they listen. I totally trust them to do a great job on my teeth! Sometimes teeth get crazy, mine have for sure, and they have gotten me through several dicey situations where I am certain my old dentist would have not even cared or noticed I had a serious problem going on. That's why I came here in the first place. My old dentist was ignoring my complaints and neglecting to take care of things over a period of years. Now my mouth is in good shape and I'm getting a lot of compliments on my smile! I have no pain anymore and I feel confident. I also like the other cosmetic services they offer and once again I have 100% confidence in them compared to another place I tried in town that left me with my eyelids drooping for over a month! Dani does such a good job!
