Craig M. MacDonald is an associate professor in the School of Information at Pratt Institute where he developed the Master of Science in Information Experience DesignandUser Experience (UX) advanced certificateprograms.He is also the founder and director of the Center for Digital Experiences, a faculty-led, student-driven UX consultancy and academic research lab. His research focuses on strengthening UX practices and improving HCI/UX education. He has expertise in usability evaluation, user research, and UX design and has led over 150 students through course-based and extracurricular UX consulting projects on behalf of libraries, cultural heritage institutions, start-ups, and media companies. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Studies and Human-Computer Interaction from Drexel University and an M.S. in Applied and Mathematical Statistics from Rutgers University.

I have been getting dental care from Dr. Macdonald and staff for 16 years. The entire office is excellent and focused on providing great care and excellent service. Marcelle is an excellent hygienist. When I had to change insurance companies due to changing employment, Correna at the front desk had a listing of options. Nancy, the office manager looked into ways to work with my insurance. And Dr. Craig is always advising on the best treatment options. I look forward to getting continuing care at this office.

I have been going to Dr. MacDonald for a years. Dr. MacDonald does a great job on my teeth and I put my trust in him that he is honest. The staff there is also always professional and very friendly. I use to live closer to their office but recently have moved and will continue to go there.

As usual I had a wonderful experience at Dr. MacDonald's office today. I was there for a scheduled cleaning. Nancy, the hygienist, was kind, competent and very efficient. She went above and beyond as usual. The front desk receptionist, is lovely and cheerful and very able to handle a variety of tasks. Dr. MacDonald was professional and friendly. I love this practice and recommend them highly.
