I've been a patient of Dr. Planken many years & really appreciate Andrea at the front desk, very nice & professional. The office & equipment is clean & modern. Dr. Planken is a caring & conservative dentist that does amazing work. This office now has Allison, hygienist, she was terrific & caring. Mia is now the assistant, she did a great job & made me feel comfortable. Dr. Planken does beautiful, realistic crowns that I am very pleased about! Dr. Planken will smartly refer you to a good periodontist or endodontist as needed; which I've experienced. I've had a lot of previous dental work in & out of state - she's the best!

Was over-billed more than once that I know were satisfied. If I hadn't checked I could have sent in payment for bills already paid. This happened at least 3 times.

Dr Planken is the best. I truly appreciate the conversations we have as she tries to determine the best course for my teeth based on where I am in my life. Dr Planken actually listens and knows my fears before starting any treatment A true recommend

As always, the office was spotless and the staff was warm, friendly & professional. Wait times are always minimal.. I didn't even get to sit down before being brought into the operator. The Doctor spent extra time with me because I have other health issues. The cleaning was done quickly and painlessly (numbing gel at her suggestion). While dental visits are not my favorite things, visiting Dr. Planken's office is about as pleasant as one can be.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Macarena Planken. She takes care of the dental needs of our entire family and we all agree that she is the most caring, thorough and gentle dentist we have ever been to. Dr. Planken keeps you well informed at every visit and your comfort is always her top concern. Her work is outstanding. I would highly recommend Dr. Planken to anyone at any age!

Coming here for 15 years, always professional and knowledgeable and I never have to wait. I would recommend this dentist to anybody from a simple cleaning to having cavities filled because I've done it all here and have never had an issue.

I used to hate going to see a dentist until I've gone to see Dr Planken. She is one of the best dentist ever! I highly recommend her she does amazing work crowns, cleaning and is very knowledgeable also explains procedures. She also very thorough.
