My grandma and I waited an hour to be seen. The tech took x rays of my grandmas teeth and then she sat for about 30 minutes and then was seen by the dentist and then the hygienist cleaned my grandmas teeth for about 15 minutes. The dentist reported her staff was on a lunch break so they were short staffed.

DO NOT GO HERE. My jaw and mouth are permanently injured from simple fillings. Was pressured to get teeth removed unnecessarily and intimidated by a rude employee who called me a p**** for notifying him his work was hurting. THIS PLACE HAS NO RIGHT BEING IN BUSINESS.

Worst place ever ! The staff is rude they laugh at you when you're in pain. They gave me 8 shots in my mouth. For 2 cavities. After the 8 shots I still felt everything she was doing. They speak to your terrible! She told me I had a baby so I need to stop. Who says that to someone?! Run away as fast as possible this place will have your mouth in so much pain !

I am disappointed because I like this place and they usually notify you prior to your appointments. I hardly ever write reviews but I was first in today as my appointment was at 8:30, their opening time. They helped (worked on) two of their kind of people even though I was there first and I got there before them. This is not the first time they had me waiting for over 30 minutes. They came to help me only after continuously looking over at them next door. I had to talk with the hygienist about the wait, she cleaned my teeth for about 15 minutes and said "sorry we were understaffed" . Mind you there were five people employees in: two assistants and three of what I believe were a dentist and a hygienist and me when I got there this morning.

This place is a joke. We took my 10 year old daughter and 10 year old niece there today. First, the receptionist couldn't be bothered with us, then they had some weird paperwork to fill out with a bunch of waivers releasing liability on them for just about everything. When we went back the dentist was the one that did the cleaning and rushed through it in less than 5 minutes and didn't even floss her teeth. My daughter, who never complains, looked at me and said she was very aggressive. Then while getting her x-rays done I looked up and saw that she was watching a man masterbating into someone's food on their t.v.! When I freaked out about that, I barely got an apology. They were also rude to my niece , snapping at her about holding still when she hardly moved. I also witnesses them pulling tools and devices out of backpacks and setting up the device to work on the client that was in the chair, which seemed weird. They were all rushing around the whole time and bouncing from room to room. When I spoke to the dentist, who said she was the owner, she told me they had a dental assistant out with covid and that's why she did the cleaning, she said she's not the one that usually does the cleaning and that's why she forgot to floss. When I mentioned the fluoride they just handed her a cup of fluid and said so rinse with it and walked out of the room. Just a very cold environment all around nothing happy, no smiles, no conversations. Just rush, rush, get as much done in as little time as you can.

Nancy the receptionist is amazing! The dental techs are very friendly. I love the dentist , she's pain free. I would highly recommend this place.

This is one of the worst dentists ever, took more than 2+ hours to finish & that's because the doctor makes his patients wait & sit in the chair for over half an hour while he does nothing. Doctors shouldn't overbook appointments if you're going to make your patients wait OVER AN HOUR of their scheduled appointment time! Also VERY sketchy that they make you sign a form that states they are not responsible for any damages done to your teeth while they work on you. Would not recommend.

Friend went there to get wisdom teeth pulled 2 days ago and they cause lingual nerve damage. Second opinion from a dentist confirmed this. Friend has told me they were doing the procedure very quickly and rushing not seeming to care. Friend now has a swollen tongue that he can't feel, hard to eat, drink and is suffering. I'm extremely upset. Lawsuit coming. If I could give this place a zero then I would. You go to a dentist trusting that they will take care of you but then they do something horrific like not treat you properly. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

They made us wait long for tooth extraction and the lady doctor was shaking patients mouth telling him to open wide after that the assistant kept telling her to help us out but she kept ignoring us. They helped us only after i told them that its been to long while we are waiting and then a different dentist who had nothing to do and was free came to get the work done. They only help their kind of people and would get them done as quickly as possible. So i dont recommend this place at all. Bad behavior and rude dentists i had to give 1 star but if i had a choice i would not even give them that

This place is horrible! My grandma and I waited an hour to be seen. The dentist reported her staff was on a lunch break so they were short staffed. Such a waste of two hours. Will never be returning.

They are a waste of time. I called at 8:30 am to get my tooth removed waited there for a hour for a 11am appointment to be told they were to busy to remove it after 5 xrays they said they had to do a cleaning. They are scams they only want to charge you for extra b.s than what you come in for

What's the point of making an appointment if they'll just make you wait an hour in the lounge and half an hour in the patients chair before actually starting work? Seriously wasted so much of my time. If you're so understaffed then why accept so many people at once?

Absolutely horrible. Had a filling and it hurt for over a week (not normal). Didn't last long either. They filed my front teeth a bit and there been ruined ever since. Do NOT go here

The worst experience with the a dentist. It was just a routine check up, a routine clean up. I regretted being there it was so painful, just to get my teeth cleaned. Through the procedure I just keep thinking to myself, I'm not coming here again what a mistake.

No issues with the dental aspect of things. Appointment took longer than estimated. COVID-19: They are taking precautions against surface transmission by sanitizing surfaces, offering hand sanitizer, and covering commonly touched surfaces. The only precaution against aerosol transmission that I noticed was a barrier at the reception desk. They are requiring masks until the appointment commences, but as of December they do not have aerosol isolation for the treatment areas (it is one big room with partitions that do not go all the way up to the ceiling) and they do not have the machines that extend an arm to within about six inches of the patient's face to capture the aerosols. However the chairs do have everyone facing away from each other.

Been going here for years, Always treated good & do there best for me for emergency appts. Dentist is great I as well Don't know why anyone would say anything of bad about her because she is top-notch qll the techs are good bit Yessie is my personal fav!

I hate going to the dentist. I have serious dental anxiety so when I went to M St Dentistry, I had the same anxiety I always have. I just wanted to comment on here because the negative comments seem petty, exaggerated and offensive. After watching her work, Dr. Dang is truly a professional. I got a lot of work done and I'm probably going to feel a lot of pain the next few days but watching her manage several patients at once, showed me she is a real expert. Also her explaining to me what she was doing each time put me at ease halfway through my hour and 45 minute treatment. I got some fillings and wisdom teeth extractions that I was probably well past due on addressing. I highly recommend this dentist for people in the greater Tacoma area. Worth noting: this office accepts medicaid.
