If I could leave zero stars I would. No complaints about the dental services. It is the front desk crew. You ask questions they get on the defense and accuse you of being discrental. After 10 years of being with this dental house they decide to drop my family as a client. They made quite a bit of money from our dental services. Becuse I asked questions about a bill I received. Was a great dental when Dr. Carpenter was practicing. All went to sh#* after he left. Also they can't seem to keep people, some long timers but everyone else there was a new face then next they are gone.

Just had a root canal and a filling if you have to go to the dentist these guys are awesome and very comforting Linda was very nice and helpful and got me through it and the Dr was excellent

This dentist office is the best! After years of bad experiences at other dental offices I'm so glad I found this one. They are kind and gentle. The dentist Dr. Cho is very fast and gentle and doesn't berate you for not flossing or make you feel bad because your teeth aren't perfect. The assistants and calming and very kind and the office ladies are friendly and knowledgeable. I'm not afraid to go to the dentist anymore because of this place thank you!!!!

Have been to a few Dental offices in my years, but M Street Dental is setting the standard by which others should follow... Friendly, Very Professional, all of the staff is very creative. I highly recommend Dr. Cho and his staff.

Super friendly and great service, worked with us on pricing and was very kind and courteous...the Dentist, NOT the front desk person who seems like she's there as a balance the the equation. Almost passed them up but glad I stayed.

I've been going here for over 20 years. I'm happy with the service and treatment I've had over the years. All of the staff have been there 20-30+ years, and seem really happy, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Carpenter started the place, and now the younger guy, Dr. Cho, is the owner. Same great place, but I notice some updates to the grounds and interior. I will continue to be a patient here, and refer all of my friends and family who are looking for a great dentist. Oh, and they are open 6 days a week. Saturday hours!

M Street Dental in Auburn is fantastic! I saw Dr. Cho for dental pain from a cracked tooth. I ended up getting an implant to replace it. The crown is a perfect match to my other teeth; my friends can't even tell it's an artificial tooth and implant (and it's a front tooth). Anyway, I have the typical fear of dental pain, but Dr. Cho assured me it wouldn't hurt and it didn't. And, his assistant Patti was so sweet and knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable. She even gave me a lip balm before the procedure, so my lips wouldn't get dry. I highly recommend Dr. Cho. He explains everything ahead of time and is super experienced in placing dental implants. Thank you Dr. Cho!

Dr. Annie Geng was amazing today placing a temporary crown. I so appreciated her making sure i was at ease the whole time. Her attention to detail was impeccable. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

5.0 star rating This is the place to be if you feel nervous for dental procedures. Dr. Cho and staff are very compassionate, calming, and kind. I have finally found a place to trust and feel comfortable. I'm actually excited for my next appointment.

Overall I've had a good experience here. Beats Bright Now and Aspen dental in my opinion. I've only had one issue here but the dentist Dr. Cho took accountability and personal ownership of the matter and has made me a loyal client. Procedures I know he's proficient in are crowns, root canals, and the other normal things.
