I was scheduled today for a consultation for my braces ,I had took time off of work to be there to be seen . When I made the appointment I was told over the phone that the consultation would be free if I didn't need any treatment that day. As staff was trying to get my insurance processed I was told by the manager that consultations are not free and it would be $59. I just wasted all my time there and left because I need to go back to work. I then called the manager to put in a complaint and was told their orthodontist is not at that location it's somewhere else. I understand I was "misinformed" per the manager, but there should of been some accommodation for the inconvenience. This is not the way to treat patients in a health care setting. All I got was a number to call . No discount or nothing .

Went there for my 6 MO cleaning as usual, but doctor said I needed a deep root cleaning after viewing the xrays for roughly $900. Well there is no way I can afford that much even with making payments. You also have to go in later for maintenance for a few mos. which was not included. I asked if they could just do the cleaning for now. They refused to do the cleaning. So I left.

wasn't to happy about having an 8:00 am appointment but didn't get seen till 8:50 am. BUT the service was great and friendly. Had a nice chat with the receptionist which did make the time go by fast. The tech 'Judith' was very knowledgeable. Cleaning was quick and complete. You can say once I was seen took an hour, pretty good for a dentist office.

If you use Lytle Dental or Riverwalk Dental (1431 Palo Alto Rd) make sure to check your explanation of benefits and confirm with the dental office what your total bill is going to be. We were charged $1128.86 for a root canal. Our insurance paid $879.80. The plan the dental office gave us said total with insurance would be $1785.80. Yes, for a root canal! Our EOB and the rep I spoke with at UHC said our out of pocket should have been $571.20. A difference of $557.66. When my husband asked, he was told that, they didn't bill insurance for $400.00 because the insurance wouldn't have paid it. BS. Insurance said everything should be billed through them and they decide what it paid and not paid and that is why we get an EOB. So we know what our portion should be. I called the office and asked for billing. He told me this was a front desk issue and someone would call me back. That's been a month ago. I gave them plenty of time to correct their mistakes.

Hands down the best dentist I've been too. Jennifer and Lisa at the front were an amazing with getting me set up. Dr. Kay and Maria were top notch. I'm not someone who is comfortable at the dentist at all, however they are amazing at what they do. If I do move out of Lytle soon I will still come back to see them.

As soon as I walked in the front desk staff knew who I was. My kiddos needed to be seen today.Judith was who was with us 90% of the time and she was super fantastic, and helpful as far as the whole appointment went. The dentist, was super wonderful, and went above & beyond to get my youngest to trust her during her appointment(My youngest isn't a people person). They make sure you understand everything going on during the appointment, and make sure you have no questions.I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to see a dentist.

I paid $150 for 2 consultations here only to find out that it would cost me about $1,000 per tooth pulled. Hours of waiting, and money wasted to find out they're insanely over priced. Went to SA and got each tooth pulled for $100 per tooth. Don't let them pressure you into overpaying for their services.

Judith is super nice and made me feel comfortable for my extraction procedure! Dr. Desai is amazing and I didn't feel a thing during the procedure! This was the best experience I've ever had!! Thank you so much Dr. Desai and team!!

Maria is the best DA I have ever came across !! She's very sweet and very informative she helped me feel comfortable and calm for my visit !! She is also bilingual and helped me understand what was going on the whole time ! I feel like she deserves a raise !! Next visit I will be asking if she can be the DA who helps me !! The office was very clean and the doctor was very professional, I had a great experience will definitely be coming back here for all my dental work !!
