Dr. Brian Brancheau is originally from Edmonds, WA and is honored to be serving the surrounding community in which he grew up. He graduated with a bachelor of science in Biology from Western Washington University in 2003. He attended dental school at the University of Washington, receiving a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2012. He then went on to complete a three-year residency program in Periodontics and Implantology at the UW, receiving a Master of Science in Dentistry in 2015.
Dr. Brancheau is board-certified in Periodontics and Dental Implant Surgery, the highest standard for practitioners in his field. He has advanced training and experience in dental implant placement, bone grafting, gum grafting and minimally-invasive surgery. Dr. Brancheau brings an artistic, gentle touch to procedures that helps improve patient comfort and outcomes. He is a member of many professional academies and has presented some of his innovative techniques at national meetings. He enjoys giving back to the dental community as a part-time affiliate faculty member at the UW, teaching predoctoral students and residents. His goal is to provide patients with honest, personalized care and excellent results that last a lifetime.
He is married to his wife Ashley and they have a new son, Ethan! They enjoy all the Pacific Northwest has to offer, including hiking, running, kayaking, skiing and many other outdoor activities. Dr. B is also a musician who has recorded a few studio albums over the years and played venues in the Seattle area. It is his pleasure to serve this amazing region of patients and dentists, and he hopes to continue advancing the oral health of the community through collaboration, innovation and teaching.
Ivonne joined our team recently as the Patient Care Coordinator/Office Manager. She is the friendly voice you hear when you call our office. She creates a welcoming atmosphere making everyone feel at home. Ivonne has worked in the medical field for over 8 years, 5 of those in the dental industry.
Ivonne was born and raised in Ecuador and completed her studies in the US. She is fluent in Spanish. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family, playing soccer, dancing and has a passion for knitting. Just wait until you see her wearing one of her amazing sweaters!
With her 7 years of experience in dentistry, she has great knowledge of the profession and makes you feel comfortable and engaged throughout the visit. She really enjoys meeting new people and establishing friendly relationships with patients.
Noor is originally from Syria and moved to Everett, WA, in 2015. As a registered Dental Assistant, Noor enjoys meeting new patients and strives to make patients feel comfortable in the dental chair and at ease.
Sheyla is a Pacific Northwest native, starting in Northern California and now Washington. She's been an assistant for 3 years and enjoys talking to the patients and trying to make them as comfortable as possible. She is also fluent in spanish!
I met Dr. Brancheau through my regular dentist who referred me. I had a bridge break and another tooth split. I was very hesitant to get implants because of how invasive I thought they were. Day of the surgery he was very careful to make sure I felt nothing and was comfortable for both the extraction and implant. Recovery was amazing! I had almost no swelling, no pain... the horror stories you may hear are only because they saw the wrong professional! A+++
Doctor Brancheau is taking care of my second round of tooth implants. Thus I have comparison experience. I appreciate his easy touch, the fact that he communicates every step of the procedure as we go along, and that his practice doesn't try to railroad patients into up-charges. His approach to implants is such that it minimizes patient discomfort and time of process. It's my impression that he can be trusted to recommend the exact dental care needed, that it will be correct and no more involved than necessary.
Dr. Brancheau showed excellent rapport working with me in developing a treatment plan, completing a bone graft, tooth extraction, and root planing. He showed incredible technique in his work and sincerely addressed my questions and concerns. Significantly improved my dental and overall health.

Dr. Bracheau did a great job of fixing a deep pocket in my gums left behind after getting wisdom teeth removed. The entire staff is always very welcoming and helpful. As an added bonus, the exam chairs massage your back during your appointment. Lynnwood Periodontics is a great place to have work done.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Brancheau and Lynnwood Periodontics and Implants. Everyone, from the reception/administration staff to the assistants to Dr. Brancheau himself, is professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you. Coming in, I was immediately welcomed and put at ease. Dr. Brancheau explained all aspects of my diagnoses and procedures thoroughly. The procedures themselves (minor gum surgery) were quick and painless (really!) and Dr. Brancheau and his assistant constantly checked in with me on my comfort level. Post-op instructions were clear and, although I didn't need to contact him, it sounded like the doctor was easily accessible in case of emergency. My follow up appointment to have sutures removed was lightning fast and painless as well. Lastly, my insurance ended up covering more than was initially estimated and charged, and the office proactively, promptly, and cheerfully issued a refund without me even having to bring it up (I had just received the adjusted statement from insurance that same day). I wholeheartedly recommend Lynnwood Periodontics and Implants.

What a great periodontist! I've been dealing with an implant saga to replace a baby tooth that never had a big tooth and got infected. I feel so welcome and taken care of every time I come in here. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Brancheau is a wonderful Periodontist. I always feel so welcome as soon as I call or walk through the door. All of his staff are as warm and friendly as you can hope for. I have received excellent care when getting an implant there. I felt that he was extremely through while explaining what the issue was and how he planned to help me. The day of the implant I was so nervous, but his staff and the doctor made me comforted and supported. After the implant I felt that he did the best job I could ever hope for. The outcome was so successful and now I can move on to getting my tooth. I would highly recommend Dr. Brancheau over any periodontist I have ever worked with. I am extremely impressed and grateful that I found him as a referral from my primary dentist. He is really one of a kind in terms of his skill, care and outcome.

Dr. Brancheau performed an extraction, a sinus lift and bone graft in preparation for an implant. The entire process was done with care and efficiency. As a result post op has been uneventful and healing continues with no difficulty. All staff extremely kind and helpful.

I had few more minors dental procedures that were more painful and uncomfortable. Their massaging chairs are a big plus too. The whole team are friendly and always so welcoming. I will recommend him and his team to anyone.

Stress and grinding my teeth and caused gum recession in several places. With just a couple quick procedures, they gave my gums more coverage, and solved the problem. Bonus: my teeth aren't sensitive anymore, and don't hurt at all.

The ladies at the front desk are super nice and helpful with answering questions and booking your appointments. Dr. Brancheau was helpful throughout my whole process and took the time to explain to me what they would be doing and what my options were. I was originally going to go to a periodontist my oral hygienist suggested but their prices nearly gave me a heart attack. I feel very blessed that I found Dr. Brancheau's practice and was able to save literally thousands of dollars.

Dr. Brancheau provided surgery for gum grafts. I was scared, but Dr. explained everything that would happen. I had a very good experience with a successful surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Brancheau.
