He has been a General Dentist since 1994. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry from India. He then graduated with a D.M.D. degree from Boston University School of Dental Medicine and received his Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certificate from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Association of Endodontists and local Dental societies. Dr. Krothapalli is immensely interested in Rotary Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy) as well as Crown and Bridge..
Dr. Alison Caruso received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from University at Buffalo School of Management. In addition to her B.S., she earned a minor in Financial Analysis. Next, she continued on to study dentistry through University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency.
Dr. Caruso has volunteered with many organizations to provide dentistry for underserved populations. She had the fortunate opportunity to volunteer abroad in the Dominican Republic when she was in dental school. She has also provided care domestically to rural Tennessee populations, as well as local military veterans of Buffalo, NY. Dr. Caruso was lucky to have had so many opportunities to pursue her true passion of helping the community and plans to continue to do so throughout her dental career.
In her free time outside of dentistry, Dr. Caruso enjoys spending time at home with her husband, and Great Dane, Rosie. Her interests include traveling, and running, as well as exploring the many lovely destinations around New England.
She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine, Master of Science in Dentistry and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Periodontology from Boston University. Dr.Padmaja brings her expertise to our office for patients who require specialized Periodontal care. She is an active member of the American Dental Association and American Academy of Periodontology. Dr. Padmaja is married and has three beautiful children. Besides her passion for dentistry, she actively volunteers in her childrens classrooms, enjoys music and traveling as a family.
She has been in the dental field since 1997. She enjoys interaction with patients and assisting them in their treatment planning. In her spare time, she enjoys family life with her husband John and dog Kasey. Andrea loves Caribbean travel, working out and reading.
She is a graduate of Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene and also received her license to administer local anesthetic from Middlesex Community College. She is passionate about her career and enjoys working with her patients and their families. In her free time, she is an advocate for womens health issues and enjoys knitting, traveling and relaxing with her family.
She graduated with an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Middlesex Community College in 2010. She is dedicated to providing exceptional care to every patient in a gentle, stress free environment. She believes education is key in helping patients decide the best treatment for their needs. When not working, Sonia enjoys time with her dog, friends and family. Her interests include hiking, kayaking, DIY projects, photography, real estate and integrative medicine.
She has been in the dental field since graduating from a dental assisting program in 2012. She enjoys working with patients as a dental assistant and front desk assistant. Her job is very rewarding knowing she can help a patient understand their dental insurance benefits and make them at ease while in the dental chair. She enjoys spending her days off with her daughter and boyfriend.
She began working as a dental assistant in 2017. She loves everythingin the dentistry field from extractions to crowns. She is happy to be a part of the great team at Lynnwood Family Dental. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and trying new restaurants.

Overall excellent dental office and staff, from the moment you walk in and see Ashley & Marcela at the front desk, then on to the dental assistants Lacey & Nikki and Dr. Smith. I am not a big fan of Dentists in general but this office makes you feel relaxed & welcomed and they are punctual ! If you need a new dental office, give this place a try, you won't regret it !!!!!!

My experiences at Lynnwood Family Dental have all been outstanding. They are professional, knowledgeable, and make you feel very comfortable, which is difficult in a dentist chair! In particular, the RHD, Sonia Pires, is wonderful. She is extremely good at her job, and also both made sure my teeth were completely free of plaque and stain, and was outstanding at letting me know what was coming next and what to expect. I would recommend Lynnwood Family Dental without reservation.

I called this office to schedule an appointment as a new patient and the receptionist was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. I'll be seeing a different dentist and taking my business elsewhere. I will never recommend this place to anyone due to the low quality patient treatment. It is disgusting how I was treated.

The lady that picks up the phone is extremely rude, no phone etiquette what so ever . I haven't been to a dentist in a while so I was confused about the insurance thing instead of politely telling me. She harshly talk to me was extremely rude and nasty! I have been to many dentists and Dr. Caruso is the only one that takes her time with me. She'll always makes sure that everything is ok. She never rushes. She's the best. The receptionist are also great. Always with a smile when I check in. So pleasant.
