A native of West Virginia, she attended West Virginia University and graduated with honors in 1985. Since then, she has resided in Towson, MD, where she harmonizes her love of dentistry with her commitment to her family. Dr. Chincheck managed to balance a successful dental office while raising two wonderful young men. She is proud of the accomplishments of her sons; one is her social media manager with his own marketing business, the other a practicing finance attorney in Dallas.

Education is essential to Dr. Chincheck, as she has logged over 2,000 hours of continuing education, with more than 100 hours annually. She has returned to her alma mater, West Virginia University, as a guest lecturer on Dental Practice Management. She is also a trained Pankey Institute Dentist, where she serves as a visiting faculty member and Board Advisor. The Pankey Institute is one of the nations most prestigious dental learning centers, cultivating the idea that successful dentistry comes from excellence in skill and thoroughly developed patient-doctor relationships. Dr. Chincheck wholeheartedly subscribes to the Pankey Institute philosophy and has received additional certifications in Invisalign Orthodontics and as a Qualified Sleep Dentist, providing state-of-the-art treatment for obstructive sleep apnea. With over thirty years over experience in dentistry, Caroline is key to keeping our patients smiles healthy. Shes responsible for performing hygiene care and educating patients on the proper habits and at-home care to maintain their beautiful smile. An alumna of the Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Caroline is committed to one-on-one care and loves interacting with her patients. After relocating to Maryland from Rhode Island with her husband, Matthew, she became a member of the Maryland Dental Hygiene Association and started delivering exceptional care to patients at our office. Carline has two daughters, Chiara and Caitlin, both enrolled at Universities in the state of North Carolina for Doctorate programs. When shes not at the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and dogs, as well as cross-stitching, reading and gardening.

Her intentions may have been to originally run an animal rescue but after her high school teacher secured her an interview with Dr. Chincheck over seventeen years ago, her career path quickly changed. Shes worked with Dr. Chincheck ever since, and is responsible for ordering supplies, maintaining the exam rooms, handling minor IT issues, and any other assistance the team may need. Jessica thoroughly enjoys the commitment to patient care exhibited by Dr. Chincheck, and how each patient is given a voice and a space to be heard. The individualized care is a perfect atmosphere for someone as a compassionate and empathetic as Jessica. She is an avid traveler, having already visited thirteen states and eight different countries outside of the U.S. Over the weekend, you may find her at the local farmers market or relaxing with her husband, Dennis.

I feel fortunate to have been chosen as the newest member of Dr. Chinchecks team! I am excited to learn and grow as the sterilization assistant, I and am so thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the team! After earning my B.S. degree in Biology from Bloomsburg University and marrying my wonderful husband, I decided to stay home with my 3 children while they were small. Now that my children are older, I am excited to be able to pursue my dream of working in the health field. In the short time I have been with Dr. Chincheck, I have noticed the genuine care and concern she and her team have for their patients. Every patient is treated with kindness and respect, and the whole team takes the time to make each patient feel at ease and comfortable when they step foot in the office. A native of Germany, I discovered my professional passion and began my career as a dental assistant in 1998. I have over 23 years of experience in the field. I obtained my dental assisting certification from Eberhardt-Gotheim Institute in Mannheim, Germany. After becoming a Maryland resident in 2004, I furthered my education at CCBC with a certificate in Expanded Functions Dental Assistant.

While living and working in my home country, I met my husband whom proudly serves in the U.S. Army. I am devoted to serving fellow wives and families of the U.S. military. My husband and I have one daughter who is the love of our lives. As a family, we enjoy camping, hiking, and providing a loving home to rescue dogs. I am an essential oils enthusiast and enjoy educating others about the holistic benefits of essential oils.

With over 23 years of chairside dental assistant experience, I know the clinical side of general dentistry very well. I have worked with Dr. Chincheck for over 8 years as her chairside assistant, and have grown to admire her skillful dental artistry and have seen many smiles transformed into works of art! In addition to being an Expanded Functions Certified Dental Assistant, I am also a Certified Nurse Assistant. Two years ago, I took a short sabbatical from assisting Dr. Chincheck to care for a beloved home health client. Upon entering back into the dental field, I was delighted to find a place for me on Dr. Chinchecks team once more. My true passion in life is offering help, support and encouragement to folks any way that I can. I enjoy looking for ways to make a positive difference in the world around me. I am a crazy cat lady and enjoy gardening, reading, conversation and coffee. I hope to meet you soon!

With over 5 years of administrative experience in the arts, Kandi quickly adapted her skillset to Dr. Chinchecks team. Shes responsible for communicating with new and existing patients while ensuring everyone feels safe and welcomed in our office. An alumna from the College of Music at Florida State University, Kandi relocated back to Maryland to care for her grandmother. As a wind musician with TMJ, she also found jaw pain relief with the help of Dr. Chincheck. She actively serves the arts community in the DMV area as a guest lecturer and consultant. Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing, swimming, travelling, and attending music concerts.
