They are the BEST!!!! I had to take my wisdom teeth out and It was an emergency, I called about 20 places and nobody wanted to see me not even for a consult because they were booked. Then I found this office, I called them and they made me an appointment for the next day, and 4 days after they extracted my teeth... Dr. Mary is the best, she did it in 2 min, this is the day after and I have not pain and she just called me to check how I'm doing... I have no words to express how thankful I am that I found this office! The assistants, the front desk and everyone there are so nice. Thank you for everything!!!

I had to wait a month and a half for my appointment so make sure you are prepared for waiting. Other than that, the staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and kind.

This place is a joke, they are lazy, they make SO MANY mistakes, the day I was there with my daughter for a emergency, they told me to go there, they made me wait A HOUR and twenty minutes, because they couldn't find my daughter's insurance, the lady's on the front desk never told me that they needed her insurance or that they were having trouble finding it, until I heard them talking about it and I asked them whats the problem, they told me they couldn't get the insurance so I went to get the mychart they put her name wrong, they lied to me MANY times when I asked for the long wait and they said there was no open rooms but I saw people go in and out, in reality they didn't want her to to be seen because they couldn't find her insurance so is more important money than attending a emergency or ask questions and belive me the they are a joke this poor woman came to a appt and they send her to Peabody and the poor woman went there for nothing why because Another mistake that they make in this place. Staff are very rude.

I arrived on time with my son and my phone call reminder stated when my appointment was and they had it scheduled wrong so they decided to reschedule but I feel as though they should have made room in time for my son because that was their mistake not ours and I am trying to figure out how I can file a bigger complaint against them, these professional organizations never get punished for the things they do wrong and I think it's time people start stepping up to it and fixing the issues.
