Everyone here is an absolute professional. Great reception, everyone there has a great sense of humor and tries to keep the atmosphere as stress free as possible. Went there to get all four of my wisdom teeth out and it was great. I was just a little sore for the day of the surgery but here I am on day two with no need to take any pain meds. No blood. These are some skilled and amazing people. Thanks for fixing me up!

Just got out of here. Paid $125 for them to tell me they didn't want to do my extractions and gave me a list of other oral surgeons. What a scam. Horrible.

Had 5 teeth removed 8 days ago. Everyone at the office was very friendly and helpful.

The quality of Dr. Ascher's professional skill is sadly overshadowed by his unprofessional front office staff. The ladies who work up front are unfriendly, unhelpful and show a terrible attitude. They always act as though a patient is bothering them or interrupting them. I had this experience multiple times during 2021 and 2022. The front office woman needs to be replaced immediately as she is the worst of the three. This is a BIG turnoff and I have fortunately found a different oral surgeon to treat me in the future.

The lady at the reception is one of the rudest with most unfriendly unprofessional attitude. It took me more than 3 months to get the appointment for my daughter and after reaching there at scheduled time. I realized that my daughter had forgotten her ID at home. Despite of so many requests, that rude, adamant lady and her manager didn't let us in. So after loosing my half day working hours and getting much frustrated, we had no option but to reschedule the appointment. Why couldn't she be a bit nicer and friendly? Hey lady may be you don't like your job but you should have some manners with some considerate and a little bit friendly attitude. Dr.Lynn please take a note about your staff's rude behavior and instruct them to treat the patients in a professional manner

My father came today for my younger sister's dentist appointment and unfortunately had to confront the rude unprofessional behavior of the front desk lady. Due to her insolent inconsiderate attitude and the absurd policy of the parent not being able to accompany an 18 year old patient, the appointment was rescheduled. That wasted the entire day of my father who had gotten an appointment after 3 months and had taken a day off from his work to attend to it today. This was completely unfair as my father and sister had come with high hopes. My suggestion would be for the lady to work on her attitude as I am sure I am not the only one complaining about her insolence. Otherwise, it would be best for the lady to be replaced by someone with professionalism and respect.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, they literally took 35 minutes... It was such a breeze. They were also really pleasant and were cracking jokes to make me relax because I was initially SO nervous. Definitely would recommend, thanks again :-)

As someone who works in the Dental industry, this place left a lot to be desired. My brother was getting his wisdom teeth removed today. The woman that checked him in was extremely rude and unprofessional. She stated only one person was allowed in the waiting room, which was never explained, no signs or office policies could be shown to support this, after I took off work to help my mom. My mom asked if she could wait in the car, parked directly in front of the building, and the woman yelled at her with an attitude, no you must wait in the waiting room. My mom was like it's cold outside, and we came together and she said "I don't care" she has to wait in the car and you have to wait in the waiting room. If you hate your job and working with the public, find a different job, don't take it out on your patients. I work for a Dental office that provides sedation services, and can tell you we allow anyone to wait in their cars, especially with covid going on, as long as they don't leave the premises. The waiting room, was also as cold as outside, as they didn't even have the heater plugged in. Save yourself a visit from this place.

I went in to have my wisdom teeth removed and it went horribly. First of all they charged for as if they were removing all four but they were only going to remove three. Then during the procedure they did not use enough anesthesia and I felt a lot of pain during the process and started having a panic attack. I was hyperventilating so they stopped and started yelling at me to calm down and relax instead of trying to console someone who is literally crying and having immense anxiety. Then it took me a while to cool down a bit but instead they told me the couldn't move forward with the procedure even tho they only got 2/3 teeth they planned to remove and I had mostly calmed down by that point. The staff was incredibly rude, unprepared, and unfortunately traumatized me from the experience. I cannot in good conscience recommend that anyone comes here

Went to see Dr. Ascher to have a tooth extracted in October of 2021. Office staff was very friendly and polite. Only had to wait 2 or 3 minutes before I was called back to be evaluated. Dr. Ascher was extremely professional and took the time to explain the procedure and after procedure care. The procedure itself was painless and I had very little pain or discomfort in the hours and days following the extraction. I would recommend Dr. Ascher to others for oral surgery needs.

This is the worst oral surgeon's office you could go to in the Salisbury area. Dr.Ascher is the ONLY polite person in this office. The lady at the front desk had a disgusting attitude at every appointment that I had with them. There is always a miscommunication in this office. If you are smart go elsewhere to get your teeth pulled. The office staff is not equipped or educated on how to communicate with the public.

Dr. Archer and staff and very friendly and professional. I've had a couple extractions performed by him and glad he was the guy doing the work. Thank you very much.

Went there to get my wisdom teeth removed in 2016. I needed all four of them done, and I was young at the time so they were really deep in there. Everything went well. not sure why there's so many negative reviews; to be fair, no oral surgery appointment is ever going to be exactly fun. I was given adequate pain killers and tools to keep my wounds from getting infected (and then help once they did anyway). Dr. Ascher is a fine dentist and I recommend this place. My only complaint is that my pain killer prescription was refilled at my request when, in hindsight, it probably shouldn't have.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. I found Dr. Ascher and his staff friendly and willing to answer all of my questions about my wisdom tooth extraction. Thankfully I don't remember the surgery, however afterwards I had continual bleeding. Dr. Ascher couldn't figure out why, so he reopened and restitched the wounds multiple times. In the months since my surgery, I have had multiple bone shards emerge. Both of my friends who went to Dr. Ascher also have had bone shards. I know that 3 is a small sample size, but searching online yields that around 0.32% of wisdom tooth surgeries result in bone shards (Sigron GR, et. al. The most common complications after wisdom-tooth removal. Swiss Dental Journal. Vol. 124. October 2014.). He recently sent another friend of mine to the er after messing up her surgery. These three people and myself are the only people I know who went to Dr. Ascher. He's a nice guy but proceed with caution.
