The office receptionist is very rude and hung up on me as I was requesting to speak to the office manager. The office is very familiar with me as I transferred from Dr Abdallah. I feel racially attacked as there aren't many diverse or minority families at that office already. They wouldn't allow me to pay my balance after I explained to them the situation at hand to keep my family at the practice. Good luck if you attend the practice and ever have a simple economic hardship. You and your family will be dismissed immediately.

They don't let anyone sit in their waiting room. Had to send my 2 minor children in alone while I sat in my car. Front end staff is alway rude. No one contacted me after the appt to let me know how the check ups were, were there any problems? Did they have any cavities? I don't know, they just sent them out to my car and we left. Most dentists schedule your next 6 month appt, they said nothing. And those space helmets they wear are ridiculous. Will be bringing them to my dentist from now on

No or minimum waiting time. Usually get a NICE cleaning within 1 hour if not 30-40min! Nice office! Great staff!

I am not one to post reviews, however this office took a nervous guy with a broken tooth, made him feel comfortable and was gentle as gentle could be. The staff was extremely nice and funny. The office was clean and state of the art. I personally had Dr Reed. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. It's nice to have a physician who cares and has a sense of humor at the same time.

I have only been a patient for a year but it is the best dental office I have been to in Syracuse! They are friendly, professional, and extremely efficient! There has never been a wait which I appreciate because I had to wait close to 2 hours at Aspen Dental.

Lightyears ahead of other dentists I have been to. I can't say enough good things about the staff here.

The dentists and hygienists have been excellent; when calling the front desk I have had issues with being put on hold or tasks not completed when requested such as xrays not being forwarded etc...

Lady on the phone was very curt and not helpful. She was firing me off, speaking fast and not giving me any time to speak. So i needed to fire her off too and it was not a healthy communication. I's just not right behavior. Rude.

The office staff is completely lost and when they overbooked you, they never call to reschedule. The dentist is kind, however rather than making business like decisions, she tends to go along with her office staff and office manager no matter how rude they are to patients. I wouldn't waste my time at a horrid unprofessional place that cares about their bottom dollar, and they have office staff who are snippy and rude and when you question them, they lie and deny their mistakes or try and cover them up. Once I spoke with a gentleman on the phone he claimed he was the office manager, no bedside manners very rude and condescending man... If your looking for quality dental look elsewhere, because Dr Marley staff is rude and mean

Front staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Dental work that was completed continues to cause problems. Insurance company informed me I was overcharged. Bad experience overall

I have been a patient there since the previous dentist. Once the new dentist took over all it seems to be is about money, not the care of the patients. I was told that my fee would be dropped if I paid the money I owed, I paid the money and months later I received a letter from a collection agency stating I owed them a bill. Called several times to try and resolve and was given the run around until one day I called and was told they don't accept my insurance anymore which is New York State insurance. Very unprofessional and liars. Would not recommend work and ethics not the same anymore.

Was basically told to take my child elsewhere as his fear of a first dental visit was unacceptable to the dentist. I've been sure tonmake a complaint to my insurance regarding this issue as well.

Dental work is awful and the staff is incredibly rude and will hang up on you. Find a different office!

Absolutely wonderful new patient exam! The staff was very friendly, the process was very efficient, and they care more about the patient than making a sale (which, from my past experience doesn't typically happen with dental offices). I'm glad I switched from my old office, and I already have less nervousness about my next visit. Highly recommend.

Office is modern and state of the art, but too bad the clerical staff and office policies aren't! Called me today to tell me I could go in with my daughter when she got her teeth cleaned tomorrow, but she would have to go wait in the car while I had mine cleaned after her. Hope those kids sitting in the car tomorrow don't have to wait in 90 degree weather. I guess COVID trumps endangering the welfare of a child now! Same two people in the office - make sense? I didn't think so? Would you like to come for yours on another day? No thank you I drive 45 minutes one way to get here and gas is over $3.00 a gallon now. Time to find another dentist whose office understands to struggles of modern day! When I said cancel our appointments I will find another dentist - I was told okay. Great customer service - way to go Lyndon!!

Couple months ago I ended up scheduling an appointment with them to look at one of my teeth that had some fairly major damage to it. It took me calling 6 times to schedule an appointment because they had people who didn't normally work the desk helping out there. I had the blurriest copies of X-rays I'd ever seen done. and they made an incorrect assumption telling me a tooth was already dead, when in actuality it was just compromised. The tooth still needs to be removed by other reason but and had done evaluations elsewhere show completely different explanation and paint a more accurate timeline. They definitely have better quality tools at their disposal in comparison to other locations but disorganization and interest in double checking their practices are extremely lacking.
