For over 10 years at Lyndhurst family dental it came to my attention that I never ever saw my true credited dental provider Dr. Chris Nassif, DDS. I am sorely disappointed being treated as a rotated patient on a circus wheel with other dentists. If you like your current/newly assigned dentist the next time you get scheduled for your dental appointment you will soon be assigned to a dentist that you would rather not prefer but have no choice to accept their difference in evaluation of shocked dental treatment. I find they have a huge turnover in dental staff which includes their finance, reception and managerial staff that unfortunately sadly represents their dental practice.

I've been a patient for over 20 years and have always received great care. The dentists and staff are fantastic. In these days of getting good customer service, this office surpass the mark. As always, a big shout out to Mary, my dental hygienist. She always educate me on how to take care of my teeth. Laura Stroder

In my experience at Dr. Nassif's a patient is treated with the utmost care: both the hygienist and the doctor are very gentle, careful to make one feel as comfortable as possible. All one has to do is relax because s/he is very good hands. Thank you!

They didn't bill my insurance correctly, they told me about the problem when it first happened I called the insurance like they asked and never heard back from them about it. I have since, been going to this same dentist for 2 years now and they just now said something about the insurance issue from two years ago. I called my insurance again to confirm the information they needed and the manager is refusing to do their job and bill my insurance again but correctly this time. They are now trying to force me to pay my bill out of pocket when I have had active insurance this entire time.

This place has most certainly gone downhill! I have been going here since I was a kid and I must say the turn over rate of the dentists and staff have been crazy over the years. The only one I will miss is Sophia! Sweetest person. However, I had to have cavities filled and now a week later my mouth hurts worst then it ever did! I can't even chew without feeling pain. Mind you I didn't have any concerns prior with my mouth, brush and floss twice a day and still got "cavities." I am calling to cancel my appointment tomorrow. I have never ever ever had a cavity feel like this let alone my whole mouth! Dentist needs more experience or needs to be educated more because my mouth should never feel like this! My teeth are all sensitive now which what the heck sense does that make considering I had one cavity on each side. Nope no one here will touch my teeth again! Terrible!

My second visit and again a wonderful experience I had! Everyone is truly Amazing!! Mary the hygienist took her time to clean my teeth and listened to what I had to say... Dr Saunders is great as well, and gave me some recommendations. Very happy and my teeth feel so clean!

Messaged me yesterday my appointment was 3:30 ...messaged me today that my appointment was 4 I called they said they have an opening at 3:15 I show up at 3:10 I'm still sitting in the waiting room at 4:07...horrible... gave me no reason when I asked why so many people were going in before me

I have been with this dental company for years bringing my daughter. Have enjoyed up until I missed a few appointments due to death in my family and was released as a patient. I think that is extremely unprofessional, since people do have real lives that can affect their day to day. I have enjoyed referring my family and friends to this practice. Unfortunately, I will not be able to continue to do that. I do hope this review gets to the owner so that they can understand that life can be unpredictable and may not always fit how they think it should go. Blessings.

I came on time for my apmt that I had confirmation for, on my phone. The office didn't have me down for the appointment and wouldn't accommodate me to be seen after I rearranged my whole schedule to make it to this apmt. Mistakes do happen, everyone is human, however the manager and staff were not kind and didn't apologize once for their mistake that was clearly on their end. The front receptionist was rude and snapped at me when she asked me to spell my name, when I spelled my first name which is not a hard name to spell she said "I know how to spell that name" in a nasty way. When I asked to be rescheduled for an afternoon apmt, they didn't have availability and got defensive when I asked them to accommodate me. They also accused me of giving them the wrong insurance # over the phone! I mean seriously? I read it right off my card! They refused to reschedule me for another appointment as they couldn't handle me asking for an afternoon apmt that would work for my schedule. Unbelievable!

I had a great personal experience. The 3 front desk people were very friendly (Robin, Sanders & Fayth). The the X-ray tech (Brianna ?) she was funny and was quick on my X-ray. Mary talked and explained how to do better on my oral hygiene and the dentist whom name I didn't catch was very friendly!!

At the dental office's request, I am provided feedback on there page. I have decided to post it here so no one else has a bad experience too. Although quite thorough this was the most painful dental cleaning that my son and I both ever experienced. There were recommendations to replace dental repairs that had been completed less than a year ago by a different dentist. Yes, I am sure they wanted the business but you would think that they would recommend that you talk to the other provider about a job that was "botched". If the suggested services were indeed necessary indicating some level of empathy for my plight after I revealed this information to them, would have been appropriate. That disturbed me after I thought about it further. Also, the pricing was supposed to be in network cost for my insurance, it exceeded that. I told the dentist in advance that veneers were not a service that my insurance would approve, but a suggestion for something different was not presented. So, I suggested that we ask for prior approval before services and sure enough it is not a recommended procedure. The only reason I didn't rate the experience lower is that the front desk staff was nice and the technician who did the imaging was the best I have ever seen in the business. Great Job Ladies! Again, this review is being submitted because I was sent an email requesting my input. Better Dental Office almost across the street. The Dental Associates, they are awesome check out my review.

I absolutely love coming to this dentist office. The staff here is remarkable! The office is always so clean and welcoming. I don't care for going to the dentist but coming to Lyndhurst Family Dental makes me feel so comfortable.
